MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.
