No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.
