No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!
