    @SkyHelpTeam any chance of your mailing list ever understanding that I don’t have kids, will never have kids, and therefore never need emails about the kids app, kids features on Sky q or kids tv. I don’t even subscribe to the kids channels so you do know this.

    Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

    Also worth considering F1's own OTT offering. Currently it's available separately in the US, but in the UK it's unavailable for live due to scale of @SkySports relationship. Or further to that could we see the service being integrated into @peacockTV ala the @WWE deal?

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t received anything from Sky in relation to them telling it’s went to dead lock or anything. I wasn’t even talking to a manger just a customer advisor. He told me the complaint was closed and it went to dead lock. Can you tell me my next steps
