Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.
