  Find it odd that since upgrading our broadband (Superfast) with Sky it's gotten worse. Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

  @SkyHelpTeam HI there yesterday I posted a question asking what is the default sim pin on sky mobile as this is a security concern I was surprised no one got back to me also call forwarding is not working at all.

  @SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

  @SkyHelpTeam I just get a flat tone. I’ve managed to find a number and called them now, so this should start to roll now hopefully. Not always sky’s fault but having such a poor contact thing is. They need to improve it massively.
