Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting
