@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

@skyuk my wife is a key worker yet we have not been able to use our broadband for days as it keeps going down. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

@SkyUK I had Sky broadband big problem since April. 4 engineers after still the same !Engineers come along and Sky doesn’t give notes of what was done previously. So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam When I go on to the my sky app and use service checker there's a red triangle on the WiFi and broadband setting it says looks like a problem with my broadband yet when I touch let's fix it it says everything is good.
