Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
