Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

@ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a Sky assistant who after 40 minutes couldn’t help me at all the other evening. I can call again but this would be even more time spent. It should be made easy to cancel, this Paramount Plus through Sky subscription seems like a scam.

@SkyHelpTeam - still no timescale for phone/broadband repair from broken undersea cable - just texts since Tues. What compensation will be offered? Not able to download sky on demand - no Disney+, Amazon, Netflix on TV all of which I am paying for…and can’t work from home!

@momtomum @SkyHelpTeam Its a domestic service with no SLA for WFH so the answer is you don’t and instead you either go into the office like you managed to before covid gave you some sort of god give right to WFH or you pay for a business line that has the relevant SLA you seem to want

Potter lacks tactical depth that's it, Mount, Harvertz, Gallagher etc has been 'worst' of themselves since Potter arrived
