They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks
