I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?
