    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been waiting all afternoon for an engineer to install my Broadband and have received no visit or call with an update. Also been cut off from a call with your help centre. Service has been absolutely appalling.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam not the greatest service I expected for paying nearly £40 per month for home tel/Broadband, 1mont poor service and it just feels no one is interested in getting it fixed, feel really let down. I am takin service back to EE.

    @SkyUK increased pricing, call to remove options as a ‘VIP gold customer’ I can remove total of £4 worth of my package, thats what I was told sky are doing to support customers and cost of living increase and that if I couldn’t afford it I shouldn’t have had sky! Disgusting!

    @SkyHelpTeam It says the same thing each time I try to access a different webpage. According to your service checker, there are no issues. The broadband router is showing as normal. I reset the router and it’s fine for 5 minutes and then does the same again

    @SkyUK I think it’s absolutely disgusting that sky can not price match one of your rivals I can get broadband, sky sports, 195+ tv channels and talk weekends for £72 and the best you can do for what I have is £83.50 it really is awful, I have been a loyal customer for years.

    So annoying paying for something that doesn’t work. We have mobiles w/ @SkyUK & literally have no signal unless we can use WiFi. We’ve done everything advised to make them work. Cant wait for the contract to be up.. Shame we’ve got a year to go 😡 not good when you have kids!!
