    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    As this uncertainty builds I decided to find a better deal elsewhere. @SkyHelpTeam now insist I have to pay for a service they cannot provide in the interim. Disgusting company. I shall never return and will tell everyone I know about it.

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

    Hi @SkyUK / @SkyHelpTeam - in the 5+ years I’ve used your ATROCIOUS service, not once has there been a period where it hasn’t been constantly painful, from clunky TV services to appallingly slow internet speeds despite being on the top package possible AND paying through the nose

    I have honestly removed my @SkySports subscription because VAR is so terrible. The excitement and joy of watching football for me has been sucked away from those little screen Hamptons with their lines that don’t even marry up with the players body parts. Games gone

    @Richholman1983 @SkyHelpTeam The hub 4 has faults that sky know about but still not fixed. The hub 4 will update to firmware with issues. Seen a internal email from sky engineer. But if you get a competent advisor they know about the issue.
