We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps.
