    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah yeah yeah , been through all of that and also spent AN HOUR on the phone yesterday with your helpdesk. If anything it’s made it worse ! Fed up with paying a lot of money for a virtually unusable service .

    @SkySports is anti-spurs. There is no point in listening to the in-studio commentators. I had listened to them when Spurs played Utd, Burnley and now Palace. It is the same crap. Why am I paying for this ****? I suggest people change channels when they are on. #COYS #THFC.

    @sihiggins1985 @SkyUK @netflix I’ve already called themThey couldn’t take it off my bill then had the audacity to ask to rate them over the phone out of 10. Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

    @SkyHelpTeam - can you help me report a suspected fault on our Sky broadband line and raise to @WeAreOpenreach? Constant disconnections over the last few weeks. Issue is at the local cab/ exchange as neighbours also experiencing the fault at same time (router logs confirm -BT).
