@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for replying. The line test is fine but we are still having issues with the wifi dropping in and out, so sometimes it’s ok, sometimes it’s not. Very frustrating and embarrassing when doing work calls. Could a booster be a solution?

@SkyHelpTeam On hold for 2 hours before I had to hang up and the 24 hour response to my complaint is null and void... if I cancel my DIRECT DEBIT let's see how quick someone calls! I should as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. In other environments that would be fraud.
