@SkyHelpTeam I have done this. I was on the phone to resolve this 2 days ago with someone from your office and I was told to reset my router. The problem started again.

Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

@prickettboy3 @premierleague The market determines what consumers are willing to pay to watch live football. If the @SkySports price was too high for fewer matches, then presumably customers can cancel.

I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@SkySports Why all the worry? Its just entertainment and isn't damaging to boxing. Boxing needs help anyway. This doesnt change that. The UFC have shown that one overarching organisation is the best way. Boxing has been spoilt by too many belts and padded records.

@SkyHelpTeam The protective covering has come off where you’ve drilled holes in the outside wall to feed wire inside from sky dish, it’s open to rain etc & potential damp issue inside. There’s no online help that I can see & I’m at work so can’t call up atm. Any alternative?
