@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

@leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

He did check and said I was signed up for invoice which I did not consent to. He tried to get me to sign up to a direct debit but paperless should be for everyone @SkyUK not just for direct debit. It's bad for the planet and for my pocket. Stop sending me letters!

@cwbmufc We recently left @SkyUK for internet because honestly it just never worked. Used 4G on my phone at all points - then when we complained they always just said ‘follow this link for help’ which obvs was no help

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, thanks for replying so swiftly. Earlier, it was saying ‘tests are not available’?? Now, it’s not allowing me to test, but saying there is an outage in my area (N7, London). I’ve been without internet since at least yesterday afternoon.
