Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
