No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

Matt (@Missives0fASub) reported from Romford, England@saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky
