No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way.
