@mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

@rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

Good investment, this @SkySports package. 3 channels all showing the exact same shit for nearly 4 hours. And none of it is CL football, just losers chatting in a studio interrupted, by tons of adverts. What a waste of money.

@SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

@SkyUK so the latest appointment for customer services and an appointment to “swap a mini box” is a whole month...I pay OVER £120 a month and have done for a decade and this is the BEST sky can do....seriously this is pathetic

@SkyHelpTeam is there an option to swap out the sky broadband router as the quality is horrendous. WiFi signal continually drops while cabled stay connected, on second router now and still have the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam It does. Then u follow the instructions re box/connections .. then tells u no problem. So U get back to work & the internet goes down again. poor service - and while I understand the whole world is using web, if you can’t supply what you offer in the contract then don’t offer it!

@SkySports I am not surprised that the ref has reacted. This pandemic has highlighted the abuse some of the players direct towards the referee, you can clearly hear it....players showing no respect. Thats why I could never be a ref....I would have decked some of these aggresive players!
