Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

All year the gray overlay thing has been an issue and it has still not been fixed, the commentating and pre-race is unwatchable... I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables has driven the company to a shameful place and my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.
