This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area!
