Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky
