It’s multiple people from the specific areas saying it’s down - so why on earth is Sky replying saying “we are not aware”? What kind of non-sense is this?

This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

Can anyone shed any light on this please?? Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve had sooo many issues with this over the years. Simply not good enough.

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?
