@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

Sky customer support is utterly dreadful. I pay £15 to get an engineer out on Saturday and when he fails to show they tell me nobody knows why or why I wasn't told but they can fit me in this Friday. Pathetic @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Unimpressed that after moving to sky and getting much worse Wi-fi coverage than previous supplier, your only solution is we pay extra for boosters. Coverage doesn’t even reach 15 feet from router to PC. How can that be acceptable?
