@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

Waking up on Mondays is always horrible but even worse is when none of the sky boxes appear to be working in the house. I’ve tried switching them all off at the mains, reconnecting each mini box to the Main Q box & still nothing. I’m not in the mood for this @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam!

@BBCWatchdog #TreatLoyaltyLikeRoyalty @SkyUK The longer you're with them the more they treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe. They also charge admin fees for everything and was once told these fees pay staff wages when I complained.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Becca, I have tried all those, and not a single show has subtitles (has Audio options though). Tried @netflix, no problems. To be honest, this is false advertising, isn't it? Log in to Sky Go app, and you can clearly see "S", but no subtitles. With the cost of living crisis

@SkyHelpTeam I done this last week with one of the tech team, thats how I ended up with having a replacement sim card. It hasn't made any difference. If I turn my WiFi off I cannot load anything, not even a Google homepage. The others sim cards on my account haven't got this problem

Yet again Scottish and Welsh fans let down by @SkySports . Build up to England game starts 7pm but not those Celtic Nations. They get their build up from 7.40pm Pay the same as English customers but still get 2nd class service

If the cancellations team at @SkyHelpTeam wants to stop people leaving, have they tried responding to a chat request in under 90 minutes (and counting)? If you don't want people to think you're ****, try giving a ****. Just a suggestion.
