    @SkyUK This is not helpful. The outage periods are increasing and your phone lines (like all other times) are going unanswered. More than ever, people require contact with the outside world - sort it out!

    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is your service so bad not once has anybody replied to me and Evan when you ring sky there not bothered about my issue which is I’ve had no internet since 1 am yesterday because there is a outage but for 20 hours it’s a absolute joke I’m 100% leaving at the end of my contract

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been on the phone to the broadband team for 1 hour and 17 mins to find out its a third party @OpenreachHelp that is the issue. Their engineer lied to me saying it would be working within 24 hours

    @SkyHelpTeam Hiya, sure when I go to use my mobile data it wouldn’t come up with either 3G, 4G or 5G will only show E and when on the rare occasion that 3G pops up it still won’t connect (if that makes sense) iv reset my phone but still the same issue 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that, but it’s not an answer…why can other broadcasters manage it and sky can’t? I have been a customer for over 25 years and with #skyglass I am now paying considerably more for an inferior product
