Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

@SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

@SkyHelpTeam I was sat in a queue for nearly 30mins and got disconnected. Just getting to the home move section of the automated phone service was horrible! I couldn't get the right answers into the system and it felt like forever. Why can't there be a direct phone number please?
