    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Tweeting_Rich @SkyHelpTeam when you say you are not aware - we are making you aware right now?! It’s multiple people from the specific areas saying it’s down - so why on earth is Sky replying saying “we are not aware”? What kind of non-sense is this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I am trying to sign in to access #HBO max but the QR code takes me to Amazon and it doesn't give me any other providers to choose from. This is the same for #Paramounttv too. I've reset passwords, made sure they are the same etc. Paramount has never worked & now HBO

    @tntsports @SkySports That unfortunately isn't the case. Take the game today. I have to pay for a month of @tntsports . I have to pay extra for normal resolutions. I have to furnish them with all my details. I have to agree to a reoccurring payment, and I have to cancel it manually........
