    @SkyHelpTeam just moved flat and waiting for installation as a new customer for broadband and a tv package and have to wait 3 weeks for this. I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

    @TheScore01 @PaulInce @SkySports I just have this feeling Lampard will ignore the call and stick with who he knows. It’s no disgrace to bring someone in as a sounding board but the wider issue of his reluctance could be his downfall....just don’t feel Morris cuts it as an assistant at this level.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t understand. Engineer has arrive but says not allowed in the house bit you sent me a video yesterday explaining how to have a visit safely. Router/Sky Q mini box problem. Waited 10 days for engineer. Family of 6 inc 4 kids off school. Need Sky to work!

    @SkyHelpTeam I was on the phone for an hour yesterday and today and was advised to purchase a new hub from yourselves for £50 because my 18 month old hub must be faulty, why not just say there’s sky broadband down in lots of uk areas .
