Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

He’s really poorly atm and is reliant on internet. Also, can I pay more to have his hub and service on quicker?

Northern Dad (@NorthernDad5) reported@SkyUK On hold with Sky yet again after being told again that my broadband upgrade will not be taking place. I have been given 4 different dates since mid November. I know there is a lot going on in the world right now, but I just though you should know your service is dreadful.
