    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

    @SkyHelpTeam really unhappy the terrible service my 83 year old disabled mother is getting from Sky - she switched to your broadband and phone only to be told that her phone in each room and personal neck alarm that she relies on now won’t work and no way of working..Shameful

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Impossible since your only means of contact is via a process to fix a problem on line EXCEPT THERE IS NO ON LINE....SKY HAS FAILED! And there is no damned contact number to call Clearly this is your policy to avoid any complaints or calls for help by making sky impossible to call

    @SkyHelpTeam Could you clarify if your engineers are allowed into the home of someone shielding? In Lockdown 2 our Engineer was very reluctant to come on, despite me offering to go into another room whilst my carer dealt with the issues I was having.

    @emelschwartz @SkyHelpTeam Also in Chelmsford and broadband down since yesterday afternoon with EE. Been told major line fault that’s affected BT,SKY,EE etc. Engineers are working on it and was told it could be fixed anytime up till Midnight. Hope this helps. Think it’s flooding related.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Just recently my sky q mini box upstairs is constantly saying it cannot connect with my main sky q box. I’ve never had a problem in the past. I haven’t changed my broadband or moved the booster. Any ideas as to what I can do? Many thanks.
