@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

@SkyHelpTeam guys what update was sent out over night. I'm getting This screen does not support HDCP try reconnecting your HDMI cable. Sky appears for a split second then same blue screen

Bloody hell @SkyUK your broadband is ****! I’ve had intermittent connection since April, a broadband and tv visit and it’s still crap... quick enough to take my £100 a month though huh!! Can’t call or contact you either #pissedoff @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

@RojParody @SkyHelpTeam If you've got a booster 3 ft away and it still keeps dropping off (I'm assuming you get full signal str?) then I'd be taking a look at the PC (I assume your phones are fine?). Start by reinstalling the wireless driver

@scottwilson1988 @SkyUK You don’t want too right now. We’ve had ours delivered and can’t even sync with our account - so basically still using Sky Q. Sky have said this is a known issue and trying to resolve. Wouldn’t even bother ordering until all the kinks are sorted.
