Bloody hell @SkyUK your broadband is ****! I’ve had intermittent connection since April, a broadband and tv visit and it’s still crap... quick enough to take my £100 a month though huh!! Can’t call or contact you either #pissedoff @SkyHelpTeam

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

I know @SkyUK was never known for good customer support, but this is simply unbelievable - 1 month since our box has stopped working & there is literally no option to get support, just automated message that ends the call! How’s that not a breach of consumer rights?
