Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. So I guess that’s a phoneline issue? Said will be fixed within 2 days but COULD be 3-5 if it’s a difficult issue.
