What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

@SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

@knives_are_cool @SkyHelpTeam The fact the other music channels were working, I didn’t think it was my sky box but then my tv program crashed so I was like maybe it was my box but then it Still wasn’t fixed so ugh. Definitely can believe it’s the channels not my box. Sucks 😑

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing it says it’s recording but on my recordings page it’s only the normal channel I’ve jsut got a blue screen and it says no signal even though every other channel works so it can’t be a signal issue
