@SkyHelpTeam not very helpful when a customer support individual says “i’ll call you right back” but never does. One of the reasons I’ve left but I do need to get your equipment back so please get someone to contact me please. Even that returns process Sky couldn’t manage. Thanks

Currently without internet after a bodge job by @CityFibre installing my fibre connection and ONT. @SkyHelpTeam estimating it can take up to 19 days for this to be sorted. I have barely any signal and work from home - this isn’t good enough, particularly for the price I’m paying!
