When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@clasper_ken @SkyUK They give you 30 days after you get it, to return - I'm a couple of weeks beyond that. Just didn't get around to it, and haven't watched much TV - but I'm going to try - it is that bad, that I'd rather have the good old box and dish.

@SkyHelpTeam So, it’s ok once connected, but disconnects CONSTANTLY, I have to reconnect to do the check, so shows ok, as just reconnected. But drops again, soon after. A connection issue, rather than speed?

@SkyHelpTeam Both were ok, til about a year ago. When BT (I think) were doing work in the road. At one point, Sky paid me a sum, due to problems. (Said not enough space, or similar to that) It’s never been the same since.

@SkyHelpTeam Done that. I was able to view all channels for a few secs & now when I select STV I’m get the message I got yesterday saying my box isn’t getting a satellite signal. This was happening intermittently yesterday between all channel. 1 minute I could view them all and then only some
