    @STJonesx @SkyHelpTeam Same I was with BT for 4 years and it was brilliant never lost connection once in 4 years dont think I even turned it off once, changed to sky when I got a TV package and I reset the router 4 times a day cant wait for the contract to expire so ****!

    @SkyHelpTeam Slimline it down. I don't own a telephone so sky free time and voicemail are absolutely pointless. I'm not interested in hd or uhd. And my router hardly ever works so we can't download anything I use my data to go online. Only thing I'm interested in keeping is the kids channels.

    I was meant to have my Sky Broadband connected for my home move on 21st November. After being let down by @OpenreachHelp 3 times I finally have broadband. It’s been 69 days. @SkyHelpTeam at the call centre have been great.

    @SkyUK absolutely appalled by the way my sister has just been spoken to on the phone to your customer service team. Myself and my sister will both be cancelling our subscriptions thanks to an individual who is representing your company with no compassion or social skills!
