    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Had an engineer out on the 31st March who set up the system using his network map. It seems like an issue from the sky end to do with the sky network or possibly a bug in the firmware

    @SkyHelpTeam here’s a question for you, why when you do a software upgrade does it not say you have the current software? It’s such a stupid but simple thing to fi, I never know if my box is up to date because it will still try to download something even if it is up to date
