    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue I have - as Clearly Indicated in the initial tweet above the one you replied to - is that my broadband speed is consistently lower than my guaranteed minimum. It also drops out regularly. The solution to this is not reading articles on the help section of your website.
