    @SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Not sure there's much you can do. is there a known outage in TW20 8AT. There was a few drops on Friday. Nothing over a few hours.. but since 4pm Saturday I've had no net at all. I've run basic trouble shooting and replacing cables and mircofilters. Thanks
