    @SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

    @SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I go about cancelling your broadband we have had problems with it from day one and it’s beyond a joke we had an engineer out yesterday which was the 4th or 5th time and it’s still absolutely useless won’t even support the WiFi on my phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam im not the main line holder for the account. The issue is as i stated im not getting any broadband even though my area shows its not affected and im getting signal only during the evening time. All i want is a explanation for this not to run tests that dont help.

    @SkyHelpTeam my WiFi is non existent even in the same room as the router. I’ve changed channels / got extenders - it’s all failed. I’m paying for a service that is unusable. Can I not just cancel the broadband part of my package and find a supplier that works?!?!
