    @SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried to download Manifest on my tablet but it's telling me I've reached the maximum limit for downloads - I haven't downloaded it anywhere..... not even on my TV and when I did I've deleted it! Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

    @SamHay @SkyHelpTeam Hmm. Well after over 15 months of issues I was told in the end that it was a broadband fault. And it is actually known to sky them selves. Something to do with IPV6 (internet protocol) failing due to firmware. I am currently working on a refund due to these issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam please help! You have “said” you have connected my broadband in my new house today but you haven’t. You have not sent the the right cable. I called a number and a person abroad just tried to sell me netlfix. I work from home and need my internet today. As promised.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have been through self repair on website and doesn’t fix. It just suggests unplugging microfilter and plugging back in. Tried to ring and automated message said problem with local exchange?

    @Ofcom @SkyHelpTeam Thank you we eventually got it sorted. I thought that was the case and when we presented them with that they relented. It shouldn’t have to be a battle with a service provider.
