@SkyHelpTeam Not had any problems on my windows (laptop) for Sky GO for months, now the latest update has completely took the app away. Tried to update numerous times, goes to black screen, then the logo then just stuck. Any info please? Deleted old files too.

@SkyHelpTeam We did run a line test at the time and it did not help us. Do you want us to request you send out an engineer in the middle of the night? How else would you like us to correct the issue? This has already happened on a few occasions.

@SkyUK awful company during the pandemic there was no way to cancel my subscription, you can't do it online and you didn't answer the phone, I'm now getting debp emails again after a year, you already had £600 off me for a further 2yrs after my contract had been moved! 😤🤬
