    @SkyHelpTeam Can I actually have a contact number to actually speak to someone? This is a joke, pay for a service and don’t receive it. You’ll be quick enough to charge if I cancelled but you don’t turn up and I get a poor reply

    Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

    Totally appalling service for @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam A no show from an engineer for installation, no communication. Customer services advice “Stay in till 3pm, if they don’t show we will book another date” 7 years as a “VIP” customer, this is extremely poor #sky #badcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, having some issues with broadband speed to my devices over last week or so. Downstream/upstream numbers have come back up to normal after rebooting router this morning but devices both wired and wireless are getting less than 3mb/s when previously it was 30+

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly the PC version of sky go had been a dumpster fire for years, and every update I hope for better, but nope. Playback from local SkyQ is fine on tablet/SkyQ mini, but pc looks terrible!
