  @SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

  @SkyHelpTeam Changing Sky Q to Sky Stream has been the worst decision ever! Problem after problem and no solutions whilst paying more than ever! Can’t have an engineer because there’s no fault on the system. 45 mins on a call with no solution and having to wait for a callback. 😡

  @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
