    @SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

    @SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

    @SkyUK told engineer would call an hour before arriving and now told (after no phone call) that it is a customer no show as he visited abd didn’t call. Now need to wait two weeks and take another day off work!! Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing is being done!!! I’m sick of being ‘assured’ things will be done because they won’t be. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS FFS!! All the complaints people said is we will call you and get you through to the broadband team... the same team that have done nothing to help already 😡😡😡

    @red_bar85 @SkySports We feed them existence. I've seen other clubs get favoured decisions and barely mentioned. We get scrutinised on everything. Use to love SSN but they have gone so far down hill.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, thanks for getting back to me🙏🏻 no, the box isn't full. the same program is scheduled to record again as well. it's only an issue because, being in Ireland, i can't access bbc player.
