    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes on numerous occasions!! Said problem with moving sky from previous address! Promised to sort within 24 hours over a week ago still nothing booked in! Keep calling, promises of reply but nothing! Have now emailed your CEO! Customer of over 12 years really poor service!

    @dannywoodward2 @WeAreOpenreach Thanks Danny, but Virgin don’t operate in this area, Openreach have got me over a barrel, as they own all the lines in the vicinity! Trouble is between nobody at SkyUK or Openreach will communicate and if I am honest none of them care!
