    @SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK so you have plenty of agents on messenger if someone wanted to buy a Sky package but no one at all if I have faulty equipment. Nice way to treat loyal customers. I need the convenience of Messenger as I have very little time to call.

    @mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

    @SamsungUK Hello JH, It's a flip4 5G... No damage at all. We bought it via @SkyHelpTeam . We now need to send it back and my partner will be with no handset for 2 or maybe 3 weeks. The handset itself it's on immaculate conditions. Still have the original clear stickers on.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is now a nightly occurrence that the broadband service goes down. And it only affects Sky. BT have working service in the area so it is not a local network issues. Please confirm what YOU are doing to fix this?

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not working then. I can’t get past the ‘test your connection’ page which is telling me ‘oops, no can do’ as it can’t connect with the hub which is now working again.

    @SkyHelpTeam #sky #servicefailure 15 days and counting. Sky still haven't fixed the download problem. The message has changed form "Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed with the highest priority" to "This is a known issue with no fix and no timescale"
