@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam engineer was booked between 12.00 & 5.00 Sky, they messed this up AGAIN, same thing happened years ago Sky engineer NO SHOW, NO May 8th is not acceptable, you can cancel this order, we will stick with the current Sky box, 5 hours of our time we could have used better

@SkyHelpTeam engineer was booked for today between 12.00 & 5.00. Engineer has not shown up - any chance they will still arrive as taken a day off work for this visit and chance of reorganising is slim. Wasting stupid amount of money a month for Sky not to work.
