Alex Heath (@ADH_911) reported from Bromley, England@SkyHelpTeam are there issues in BR3 for broadband? Have run diagnostic tests and it says no local issues yet all lights are on router correct but apparently cannot find. Also does not appear to be able to run a line test.

I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.
