@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam I moved and l let sky know this and yet for some reason each time l call in to sky none of the info l ask is available. They promise so much and when l ask for confirmation emails no one bothers to do anything, no help or return, l moved on the 12th last month. Still waiting.

@SkyHelpTeam There was no point. I logged a complaint and a week later when l called to see when they would come to get Tv and internet set up. The rep said nothing hung up and then sent me an email saying my complaint was now closed. Did not address any of my issues I’m still waiting.
