    @SkyHelpTeam once again I cannot access my email from my phone or tablet. It last synced yesterday morning and won't accept my username and password even though I can get in to my messages via laptop. Same issue every few months since you moved to Yahoo. Please sort this out.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I booked an engineer yesterday due to issues with my sky q mini box and I received email and txt yesterday saying engineer will arrive today between 8am and 5pm and no one bothered to show up.

    @ThePhilTaylor @SkyHelpTeam It’s obviously designed to try and keep customers longer. They already make it difficult to cancel. I could understand if it was about covering equipment costs but I offered to buy kit outright in return for a 12 month contract and they still said no. So sticking to @FreeviewTV

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky's New Year Resolution should be to sort out the deal with BT Sport so Sky Customer's don't pay silly money! This was coming for start of football season, then end of November, now it's apparently early NY!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

    Numerous calls to our landline (which basically never rings) from someone who claims to be from @SkyUK about our Internet connection but actually wants to gain access to a laptop. You'd think they'd give up but no.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think the communication breakdown is between Sky and Openreach. Been without Broadband and Talk since 1am Tuesday morning and still nobody can tell me why and when it'll be fixed. Sky say its Openreach and Openreach day there isn't a problem. In the meantime I still can't WFH

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Having a dreadful experience with Sky contract renewals at present and getting absolutely nowhere with Customer Services. Appalling. Have been overcharged on my bill and not given the deal reflected as advertised. Then charged multiple admin fee's. #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s been a breakdown in communication between me and Sky...asked to renew Sports and Cinema due to a £20 rise incoming and been quoted two different prices and worst of all asked to pay a £20 admin fee to keep a service I already have.

    @Paddy33Singh @SkySports We seem to agree with each other. I have zero issue with people kneeling, laying down or streaking naked except for a sprig of holly. My issue is people like this player insinuating that if you disagree with him then you are the problem. It is the total opposite.

    @SkyUK I've been without Sky Fibre Broadband since 1am on Tuesday morning and I want to know when I'm going to be reconnected. @SkyHelpTeam have been unable to help. They blame Openreach for the problem but I am your customer not theirs. How can I escalate this #fuckedoff
