@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

@SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

@SkyHelpTeam What exactly can you do? If all you can do is tell me the phone number to call that doesn't help me. Our Sky landline isn't working. We have poor mobile reception. We phoned yesterday. We were told we would be called back this morning on my mobile. But you didn't.

@SkyHelpTeam still getting nowhere over the issues with our 5 mobile phones & Sky is passing me from dept to dept. Maybe I should just cancel my DD’s for mob, TV & broadband & not pay another £ - that will, of course, be free of any early termination charges, compliments of Sky!
