@SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp engineer scheduled. However it's not the first time having problems with #skyBroadband since September. It's the 4th and it is just #ridiculous. I work from home and I cannot do anything. Besides you will not compensate the distress and extra mobile data purchased.

@SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work
