    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Great start to my @SkyUK contract. Engineer hasn’t turned up and now have a hour wait on the phone to find out why! Left Virgin because I thought they were bad 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

    @virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

    Following the takeover, I now need to speak to Sky to get Skysports added again given my strop to cancel when the Newcastle takeover was blocked last July…wonder whether they put the note on my account that I said I didn’t want the Premier League to receive anymore of my cash?!

    @SteveGa29834389 @SkyUK @Russ_Eionbot I’ve already pre registered for Glass. We’ve been having issues with our Sky for months. Had the box changed and the dish checked, and the TV is having a black screen every 12 seconds or signal drops out. Having Glass will eliminate that issue as it’s internet only.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box contract when it runs out in 2023?

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s a shame. Thanks for the reply. This is going to be an issue going forward for sky as all their current customers, including me, will not purchase three of the TV glass units to replace their main Sky Q box and mini boxes.

I follow my club - when we were relegated to championship with villa why did skysports lose 20% of viewings in the premier league . We are a one club support up here in the north ! We will be an absolute power house

    @SkyHelpTeam the red button did not work from 2pm -6pm it started working as soon as euro tour finished and womens event started 4 hrs lost coverage this is a regular problem and i know of others who experienced this yesterday. this seems to happen every week and is nothing to do with my tv
