    @SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

    @SkyHelpTeam our sky box is broken and an engineer is coming to fix on Thursday (hopefully) after numerous phone calls about of broadband it has been dropping out all day and now not working at all. Is there an issue in the area (NR29 4 area) or would it be our router??
