@mrhunt4 @SkyHelpTeam @TheRealSitts Yes The Apprentice, Start in Hendon then on Vic Embankment going the other way must be the PHVs , they do get it right when the contestant is sacked and at their most vulnerable/sad/Broken , they use a Licensed Taxi Driver to get them home

@SkyHelpTeam It’s utterly ludicrous. Custom lost because of the awful computer system. I want to purchase something from you and am trying to sign a contract but the computer system won’t allow it so I’ll have to go elsewhere and give my money to someone else. Absolutely crackers.

@SkyHelpTeam hi - our dish is currently ‘hidden’ by scaffolding but we’ve been able to watch recordings, Netflix etc via apps. These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Didn’t even occur to me at the time how long I was on the phone for or that I was going to be charged after 59mins as per contract/call package. I just wanted to get an appointment for my child. Spoke to @SkyUK customer rep & they can’t waive the fee given the circumstances.

@GrumpyBangali @SkyUK I’d write a complaint to the surgery with a copy of the bill attached. They probably won’t pay for it but official complaints need to be looked at every time.
