    @SkyHelpTeam That makes sense as the hub was replaced due to going fibre optic. What got me worried is that name SKY74039 is the old hub. I traced the signal to a @LBofBexley lamp post.

    we pay all this money for your services and yet again the sky tv is down... u either do something about it or i want a discount on my next bill @SkyHelpTeam my mum's has here down for 4 days it's a rip off

    @EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

    can i report bad customer service from a man called rodger from your company. I told him about my broband i need it moved into my room and it felt like he didn't want to book it in for me he kept over powering and not helpful at all. he thought i was a kid . @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    @SkyHelpTeam My 4G network on @O2 is MUCH faster than your broadband service, when you promised to give me 17mbps. This has been happening for the past weeks.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks to a broken port and lack of capacity I now face almost a week's wait for my fibre broadband activation which should have taken place on 29th Jan. Not good enough! @SkyHelpTeam

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

    @hayley_emma1 @bt_uk @SkyUK Interesting that @bt_uk responded quicker than @SkyUK AND they got your name right. Now, if only BT could actually be better at actually getting your phone line working you’d be a happy customer and wouldn’t have to take another half day off work. Fingers crossed H.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @stevewraith @SkySports The whole VAR situation I’ve thought for a while should be simple for @FA_PGMOL - Ref goes to screen has time limit 90 secs, also can only view at normal speed. Once you slow down or pause different narrative appears & to weak to stick with their original opinion

    @Carra23 Disgrace that this is allowed and @SkySports are happy for it to be shared. We need neutral coverage of every game, or media who aren't afraid to talk about the real issue in the game with officiating bias, even when it's for their own team.
