@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I recently changed broadband and TV provider to EE. I assumed as I received a box to return my Sky router that my TV was also cancelled, I suspect that this is not the case. I've tried to call to cancel however as I cancelled my direct debit I can't get through.

@SkyUK, so here's a little secret people need to know! sky boxes won't work with @EE broadband modems being hardwired via ethernet cable, not just @EE! other IP's aswell, this is fact. They dont want to you know this and want you to buy there sky stream as an easy fix.
