    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkyHelpTeam I bought a Google mesh system because my wifi is crap in my house. Google are saying my modem needs to be changed into bridge mode. How does one do that? Can someone help please?

    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam Equals. I complained. Via to me complainIng I clOsed all accounts down And spoke to Sky And said I'm not happy I got to pay only for the sim for a few months then Back to normal price there no reduce nothing still not happY My name is mr fabio. Freemantle

    @KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

    @SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

    @SkyHelpTeam Att Nathan Not working. So every bit oF money is crushal to me If specific instructions are given froM a customer for a date this shoUlD be accepted last month was fine But unfortunately this month was not equals I asked the operative serial times why u never toOk the mon

    @VialliChelseaFC @SkySports I don’t mind @GNev2 as a commentator but he will never shake off the Man Utd bias. Carragher is simply awful. Sky has gone downhill these past few years massively in its coverage. It’s become like FanZone commentary. They never replaced Andy Gray who was the best. Pat Nevin is 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam no internet now for 10 days. A road accident took out the telephone exchange box which I understand is an unfortunate circumstance but there’s just no end in sight, no date for it to be fixed. Abysmal service.
