    @SkyHelpTeam A second day of no internet.. This means 1. I cannot do my job as I’m WFH. 2. I cannot study/ revise for my uni exams next week. I’m wondering WHEN service will be resumed. I can see the connection box from my window and 2 different engineers (3x) visited yesterday.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, we’re due to move out later this month but don’t have our new address yet (we’re renting part of a house with sky already) - is there a way we can use our Sky Q box / viewing card there as we don’t want to cancel given we have 21yrs of history. Thanks

    HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I'm experiencing an issue with my Sky Stream puck, I'm unable to get any channels. When I press the home button it comes up with an error message. When I check service status says no issues but definitely an issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam seems to be a big issue with Glass, whatever happened over night looks like everyone is getting same error “programmes of this type or not available” and bricked the remote. I’ve tried doing the recovery on my Glass, it did a software update but remote won’t work.
