@virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

@virginmedia @virginmedia Wow you can’t even keep on top of your communications - if you bothered to look you would of read the ongoing saga about a cancelled install following a move date and broken cable @SkyUK 1 @virginmedia 0 !!! 5 times cheaper to keep a customer than create a new one

@SkyHelpTeam I’m at the end of my tether with the poor quality of signal with Sky broadband. It’s nothing to do with the amount of useage. The BT router before dealt with it effortlessly. All areas of house covered with no problem. Massive contrast.

Be interested how @BBCSport and @SkySports deal with this. When Leicester won the league, Spurs who were never top of the table that year, “bottled it”, yet the media lovechild Liverpool had a substantial lead and blew it......big style.

@SkyHelpTeam I think it's easier getting a flight to the moon than trying to speak to somebody at sky. Is there an option or number I can get hold of where I can actually speak to a member of staff ?? Rather than going back and forth with the automated service!! Please help
