    @SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyUK keeps cutting out. Sky keep blaming BB provider-hard to buy when there’s no problem AT ALL with 3 phones, 3 laptops,CCTV, 2 Xboxs, Nintendo,washing machine,Amazon tv. Apple TV, smart plug, thermostat, Alexa speaker, Google nest hub, Airplay speaker…just BOTH sky boxes🤔🤨

Sky have an obligation to know what speed they can provide before explicitly stating it to a customer. It was their original error, and a customer can switch if they won’t to. Jog on

    @MrBinks @SkyHelpTeam Yes! All the time since I upgraded my phone it says I have 4G or even 5G but no web pages will load or will take forever to do so and I’ve checked and have no network issues in the area my mum and Aunty on sky also have this issue it’s getting ridiculous now sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Your current business practices and current customer services are appalling. Your website is accepting orders and upgrades, the website is stating that credit checks are successful, welcome emails are sent out, followed by an email shortly after- with no reason

    @SkyUK I’ve just got two Sky Stream Pucks as a brand new customer. One has setup fine but the other, the remote control doesn’t work. I’ve tried new batteries. Not a good first impression.
