@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all of those things. It’s all connected and working, no issues with internet/WiFi as other devices in same room still connected but just drops out/disconnects as and when it feels like. I wasn’t made away this could be an issue when installed so it’s for you to resolve.

@SkyHelpTeam Im having daily issues connecting to my work VPN using my Sky broadband. Ive even had to use my mobile tethering as a workaround. Our network engineer says its something you are blocking. How would I go about getting the issue resolved?
