    How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a mini box that has a red light and won’t turn on. I’ve tried: - holding the reset button for 10 and 30 seconds - unplugging at mains for over 1 minute - unplugging power cable from back of mini box for over 1 minute Please help. Thanks

Don't tarnish all fans with the same brush, the individuals doing this need to be called out. They hide behind their keyboards and get away with it. Social media companies must help more to combat it
