@SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

@SkySports @premierleague been a football season ticket holder since 1986 - if VAR carries on ruining football then will not renew and cancel sky - your choice but in 5 years you may find empty stadiums the normal as fans leave

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@holiwhirl @FramedOne1 @SkyUK Sky is literally BT anyway, same lines. They somehow have even worse customer service. And BT was bad enough for us to switch to someone that didn't treat me like a caveman on the phone.

Really disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam, phoned up to discuss account and maybe cancel or change package (we pay over £700 a year) and basically they just let me cancel after 13 years rather than trying to work out a deal of what I wanted! I guess thats how business works now...
