    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

    @Genericf1Name @SkyHelpTeam Could of been the issue yeah, I saw it live but my partner didn’t the issue being that a lot of people tuned in expecting to see it but we’re greeted by teds notebook where he discussed it which potentially ruined the watch for many people

After a year of constant phone calls regarding the same matter, I just want it resolved with someone to actually come take a look! Rant over
