@GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

@SkyUK please review the case with my name on it. Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Very poor!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not good enough as had to take a day out to wait around. A call would have helped. Earliest for them won’t really help me when we are desperate for service! Out contact us up, thinking about switching as this is dreadful service. Surely communication should be your no1?
