Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for.
