@SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

@SkyHelpTeam Customer Service at Sky rating 0!!! 2 mobiles phones ordered 9/4, one delivered next day the other is ‘delayed’ with DPD @dpd_support! Why? Apparently as it’s been dispatched from Sky nothing Sky can do to help! Told I have to ring DPD to find out where phone is!
