@SkyHelpTeam Already done all of the above. Says everything’s good on your end for my speeds but I’m still only getting around 20mbps then it drops down to 5mbps when I’m suppose to be getting around 70mbps

@SkyHelpTeam This is utterly ridiculous. We moved house, everything was fine - we had working internet for 2 weeks. Due to an issue on your side, you've created a new order, switched us off and now we have to wait 2 weeks to get it turned back on again - everything is in place, why is this?!

@SkyHelpTeam They were party lines so not strictly true (previous openreach engineers have advised this will always cause issues) sometimes the the light goes out when the connection drops , sometimes it doesn’t!
