@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Really not impressed with the service sky are providing. Broadband was due to go live on 02/11 and now checked order tracking and it’s been moved with 01/12 without a proper explanation.

@O2 How?… absolute joke I’ve never known such a shambles. There’s zero incentive to stay with you and I will be switching when my contract comes to an end. Been a loyal customer for 13 years along with my family of 5 and will be switching to @SkyUK mobile. Waste of a day.

Hey @SkyUK 👋 I’m assuming it’s ok I cancel my DD as it’s now been weeks and weeks with our internet working for about 15 mins per day. None of our multi screen work either. I thought BT were bad, but you’re significantly worse.

@Craig_Pankhurst @SkyHelpTeam Sky piggyback the BT network so if they were bad it will be the same with Sky. If you can get Virgin in your area I would recommend.

@Craig_Pankhurst @SkyUK Sky, BT and Virgin are all playing the same game. I play them against each until I get what I want rather than what they want me to have. They don’t care about us. Sky in my view is the worst offender and I won’t give them a penny.
