Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Wayne Rooney was a consumate professional, and he won more titles at United than Roy. Still the club's highest goalscorer to date. He doesn't go about running his mouth because of that, and you will struggle to find a single United fan dissing him.
