    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @SkyHelpTeam no internet/ landline since yesterday morning. 2 calls to Sky: “not us, it’s BT open reach. Nothing we can do”. 3-5 working days wait. It’s a pandemic & I’m WFH. WTF, Sky?

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @AmyAmyhab1 @SkyUK Down for me too, also in Halifax. Says on their website there was some planned maintanence in Yorkshire but doesn’t list Halifax as a place that should be affected. You won’t get through to anyone at this time, they’re not 24hrs. Could be down between now and 6am apparently.
