@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@1974wastheyear @SkySports Well that's a pretty poor reply, firstly, as stated, Klopp didn't have an issue then. Secondly United and City still only had 4 weeks preseason including that extra 1 week and that's not including the 2 weeks lost due to pointless international friendlies

So @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as a new customer I can get sky TV, sky sports, BT sports and cinema all for £59 for 18 month BUT as a customer for 12 years I can get all that for just over £100 per month where are the deals for existing customers. One annoyed customer right now.
