@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@Oxfordite @SkyHelpTeam Does it answer if you ring it from a mobile then pick up the handset? Make sure the phone isn’t muted, the ring volume isn’t turned down, then try another handset.

@Charliepops1982 @SkyHelpTeam Do you have a socket anywhere in the house already? If you do, it may be booked as a remote start rather than an engineer visit, you just unbox your kit, plug it in and wait until midnight for your service to switch on.
