    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyHelpTeam They can watch tv one minute then it says lack of satellite signal the next . This has happened multiple times today . We’ve checked wires , turned it all on and off etc .

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried that, yeah, it just says to try resetting the router. Nothing changed after it, as I tried that just a few minutes ago and it cut out again since.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s 2022, how do you not have subtitles on your New To Rent’s? Our movie night is now spent with my gf watching the film and me doing something else as there’s no point me missing 70%+ of the dialogue. Every other major service manages subtitles on new releases.
