@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

@SkyUK sort out your internet. I have had no internet today for atleast 20 mins.Yesterday it was 15 and this has been going for a week now. I don't pay your company to not provide me with internet. Honestly never had this issue with B.T. or Virgin, sort it or stop doing broadband
