@GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam when are you going to sort out the Netflix issues on Sky Glass? I’m in my 14 days and close to cancelling my package, it’s an absolute joke and there’s posts about it all over your forums so don’t try to suggest that this is user error or Wi-Fi. It’s the TV.

@SkyHelpTeam No. I already have a complaint open with Sky after last week's fiasco. I am always having to call to ask for updates and the app now says Sept for installation when we upgraded with you in May. Unless this is rectified this week we will be leaving Sky completely.
