@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

@SkySports Ridiculous suggestion. Players already play too many games and a major tournament every year, limited breaks and then back for pre season is stupid. I like Wenger but this is a terrible idea

Internets been down for 2days @SkyHelpTeam and still no word when we are getting an engineer to fix the issue. With me working from home not being able to get online access, having to use my own mobile hotspot. Poor service that you are not able to offer customers a wifi dongle

@SkyHelpTeam - I've recently made some changes to my subscription, which includes UHD. However, we've had a message saying our Sky box does not support UHD. It's a Sky Q box we've had for a couple of years - do you need to send me a new one? Thanks.
