    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue

    @SkyUK Hi Nicky, I may not have been clear. The person whose account this must be is using my email address, probably accidentally. I need Sky to contact them as the person I spoke to couldn’t help. I don’t have a Sky account. How do I raise a complaint please Or should I go to Ofcom?

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @chefrich1980 @SkySports Apart from people arriving after kick off as they strolled out of the pub late. Then going down early for half time, and still being late back after. Then going for a piss at least 5 times in the second half. They finish off by leaving before full time.

    @SkySports I believe that if you let people drink at their seat it may help the aggro because people can take it back to their seats and having to miss the action because the servers take ages to pull a pint!

    @SkyHelpTeam I would have thought it would be in your interest to help the environment further by taking away and decommissioning the dish properly, so that's bit of let down tbh. You want customers to lose all the cables and yet, we keep the dish and all the cables.
