@SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

9pm again at 11pm! so not only has the tv gone down it’s now the internet decides to go down. So sick of it! Does anyone in brighton have good internet connection ?- and if so give me names as I can’t deal with the poor service I get any longer @virginmedia @SkyUK someone help

@SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

@buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@libertine95 @SkySports They have the rights but only a small amount the deal that Doncaster was delighted to do. However at start of a pandemic he could have offered sky more maybe even at a reduced rate bringing in extra cash and maybe selling the best games. Shouldnt be in a job never mind 300k p/a

@SkyHelpTeam Apparently if there is no broadband issie, they “can’t do anything about bad WiFi “ as they don’t guarantee WiFi. You actually do on my account. When I asked to speak to someone else she transferred me to a dept that was finished for the day.
