@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned 5 times and every time says you are unable to help currently. Not had internet for 4 days. Just want to speak to someone. Your customer service gets worse as does your product. I suggest you sort this quickly #sky

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyUK have been on hold for 40 minutes to get through to someone to only get cut off. Had no issues getting through to someone when I wanted to join sky. How do I speak to a human without waiting another 40 minutes to possibly just get cut off again?

@SkyHelpTeam The last thing is that an engineer is NOT required. Apparently there may be a problem in the area. But still no idea when this will be sorted. It’s been 4 weeks. Nothing has been done. You haven’t even tried to sort it. No engineer. Not even sent a new router to try an sort it.

@the_fox1106 @kck1965 @SkyUK You need to be careful with Virgin. I got a very nice package for £28/m then it shot up to £78/m. Despite returning the equipment, they are still trying to charge me. Virgin customer service is a joke, even writing to the CEO results in nothing being done.
