@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband has dropped off massively. Sub 35mb. I now can’t watch sky tv via my Xbox which is my only option at the moment. “Can’t connect to sky servers”. How can we fix?

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

I have now spent in excess of 7hours on the phone to at least 5 members of staff at @SkyUK trying to fix an account issue. no end of contradicting information, no closer to resolving the issue and all because of a problem with their system. Absolutely fed up of this now.
