I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!
