    @SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

    @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

    @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

    @philwhi1982 @SkySportsPL @SkySports Bielsa has had many teams in his managerial career both club and country, yet he was no more successful than Roy Hodgson. A coaches philosophy of attack v defence, or training setup is subjective on the quality of a manager. Does that render Simeone as a poor manager?

It's British fans cheering Schumi's broken leg levels of toxic if you go against Lewis, and I really don't need that today, so let's chill.

    @SkyHelpTeam my main Q box sounds like it’s either over heating or down loading something but when I try and watch something I’m getting a technical fault. As for my mini I can now turn on but without changing Chanel or watching what I’ve recorded 😠😠😠

    @SkyHelpTeam so I've been trying to call sky for 2 weeks now and all I get is an automated system which tells me to go online and cuts me off. I have also emailed with no reply. Extremely unhappy with my sky products and my customer service

    @dionnevhood @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm nearby in Oakworth, spoke to Sky at 10.30am and reported this. Their tests showed it was openreach issues (1/2)
