@kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

@GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

@SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

@SkyHelpTeam added BT Sport onto my account when I signed up. It's all over Sky's website that BT Sport is a 31-day rolling contract, yet I've just called to cancel it and I've been told I can't as it's on an 18-month contract. Can you confirm where in the T&C it states this?

@SkyHelpTeam There is clearly still an intermittent fault left over from your overnight fix. My broadband has completely dropped three times this morning in the middle of work. It’s currently up but an intermittent fault persists. Please treat this as a formal report of the fault

@SkyHelpTeam It hasn't. It was resolved and now the same issue is back. Loads of people have the same problem. It's just rubbish to claim it is resolved.
