@SkyHelpTeam Becca: @leahysarah n I *have* called & spoken to numerous employees of @SkyUK. Lots. We have called and called. There's been no resolution. The issue isn't 1 we created. Who am I calling? Can you have someone who is actually helpful and capable call us? ("customer service")

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, but you lock people into long contracts.. People are penalised for ending early and you **** them over by arbitrarily increasing the cost during the contract. No reason, no incentive to stay.. increased after a couple of months.. What a **** thing to do.

@DocJ_MUFC @_Gizco @SkySports To be fair, not many do. The problem is these boxers have long known - but don't care because he fills their suitcases full of cash on their trips to the UAE. And organisers have been happy to take his cash too. Hopefully the DEA etc find holes in all their accounts.
