I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. Everything the engineer installed is completely out of my reach. I’ve sent several to you but had no reply. Maybe I should leave 😡
