Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam Why is mobile data signal so bad recently around North Ayrshire? When I first took out my contract it was fine, 3-4 bars 4G but in the last few months I’m struggling to get above 1 bar 4G, if I can get 4G at all. Seeing as I need my data for work it’s not ideal.
