9pm again at 11pm! so not only has the tv gone down it’s now the internet decides to go down. So sick of it! Does anyone in brighton have good internet connection ?- and if so give me names as I can’t deal with the poor service I get any longer @virginmedia @SkyUK someone help

@SkySports Give him the chances and he will finish them. It’s Southgate that got it wrong tonight. Too defensive and made bad choices. Why take off Fodden. Should have been Stirling who was toothless and lacks passion. Easy choice for me swap Grealish for Stirling and put in Bellingham.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband has dropped off massively. Sub 35mb. I now can’t watch sky tv via my Xbox which is my only option at the moment. “Can’t connect to sky servers”. How can we fix?

@SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

@SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, I have completed the test… which works and comes back ok. The broadband drops out randomly 2-3 times per hour and .. ironically… I need an internet connection to test the connection so when it goes down I can’t test it! Pls sort it. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply, yes I have done that. Need to wait 24-48 hours for a visit. The problem is, I don't need an engineer to my house, we need open reach to our street as everyone is out. Yet, sky team can't organise that apparently. So we go round in circles again.

@SkyHelpTeam I can appreciate somethings take time however we signed up to a service 7 months ago which you said you could deliver and an Openreach engineer said would be sorted in 28 days. It’s crazy that in this day and age we are having to wait this long.

@SkyHelpTeam I got Sky Q almost a month ago and the apps have never worked, I don’t know who the first 2 people I talked to yesterday were but they put me through to apps, they put me on hold for 45mins, by that point I’d been on the phone 3 hours so I hung up
