@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyUK .. Appallingly service.Was mis- sold super fast broadband 2 years ago, have literally had no internet since Dec.Changed provider last week, and have been fobbed off since January for compensation, cheque been sent, sending money to bank today.Quick enough to take my money!
