Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@SkyHelpTeam me again :) having issues on Stream with playback when I want to navigate in the program - happens to live & stream content on every channel tried. Jitters then stops, often won’t load the content at that point & hangs, have to reload program/puck. Tried rebooting
