    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk Awful customer service. Sky Q box has failed after 6 months. Told earliest date for an engineer is 10th October! That's 11 working days away! Ridiculous.

    @virginmedia It’s an ongoing issue, we’re 5 days in of no service. Just a joke now 😂. @SkyUK all you had to do was keep prices reasonable and not lose loads of football to bt and we’d be right back with you!!

    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

    @kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv The issue with q box's dropping out is fixed with a mesh system. Plug a wire into one of the mesh units and select wired on the sky box. Fixed my dropping out issues.

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Never had a problem with my Sky TV or broadband. Maybe it’s where you live that’s the problem. Also the internet is generally supplied by Openreach so it’s not in Skys control if you have issues

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv I've just had my email today going up 5 quid a month. Been on chat with a cs agent... got it down by 22 quid. Told them to forget it. As a new customer I could get it for 49 quid and have a better deal than I'm on now. Virgin 35 quid for both tv and Internet.

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv You need to cancel. Stick to your guns on new customer price and then cancel. Make sure they cancel broadband too. They called me later afternoon saying they can match new customers now. You have to commit to the cancel. Mines £40 cheaper than I was going to pay post price rise

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv I hear ya! They are absolutely awful, they won’t give us the new deals even though it’s for existing customers as well, took money out of our account without any explanation

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK A couple of years ago I wanted to switch broadband provider. Sky, without warning, put a cease on the line meaning no other provider could take over the line for 2 weeks! Terrible support and customer service.

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK Just quit - the service is shocking - why pay ? When you don’t receive what you actually pay for - I quit them a few months ago and they didn’t even protest - just let me go because they knew how bad the system is !
