  @SkyUK so I rejoin sky, and within a week our new box develops hard drive fault. Imagine how livid I am that the replacement is obviously a refurb unit… it’s covered in dust and fingerprints. 🤬😡 Less than a fortnight into service and expected to accept a returned unit.
