@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband has dropped off massively. Sub 35mb. I now can’t watch sky tv via my Xbox which is my only option at the moment. “Can’t connect to sky servers”. How can we fix?

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyUK As a multi room customer already paying extra to watch in other rooms. To carry on doing this I have to pay extra for pucks plus the tv and if the broadband goes down I’ll then be paying to watch free tv. I don’t think so

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got a few issues with my sky glass. The screen flicker in the top right and dark UHD HDR is driving me crazy. I’ve seen there’s a software version being rolled out. Need this sorted so close to sending back.
