@virginmedia It’s an ongoing issue, we’re 5 days in of no service. Just a joke now 😂. @SkyUK all you had to do was keep prices reasonable and not lose loads of football to bt and we’d be right back with you!!

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Watch the replay, son tripped him but wasn’t directly responsible directly for the injury, it was a fluke of enormous bad luck that his studs stuck in turf and his entire body weight went onto his trapped ankle.

@GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

@SkyHelpTeam There’s no point sending a PM because I’ve tried this already and you’ve just asked me to fill in a complaint form, which I’ve done. @Ofcom Our phone line is also down which makes us feel unsafe because we couldn’t use it in an emergency and we can’t rely on our mobile reception

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I upgraded to SkyQ last year. Engineer was arranged. I called Customer Services about a week before they were due and asked for 2 mini boxes instead of just one. The advisor told me the engineer would have several on the van and to ask for an extra one...
