@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam can I please get some help, when I am trying to watch sky channels using 4g on sky go, they just won’t play. They load but then it just says it’s unavailable. It works for itv2 etc on sky go but not the sky ones. I’m trying to watch sky sports.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the app is very slow to open, and the options limited. You cannot airplay from one device to another. I appreciate this might feel like your protecting yourselves from piracy, but actually you’re harming future purchases. You should add skyboxoffice to Now app on any platform

@virginmedia hi when I signed up to virgin I was still in contract with @SkyUK. I was promised a £60 reduction for 1 month presumably so I would connect to virgin quicker. So far I have not received this. Any help?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have recently quit Sky and have been asked to return the equipment. Not a problem. But I've only been sent packaging big enough to fit the Sky box in and nothing else. Can't fit the remote or cables, and definitely not the modem. Has there been a mistake?
