@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK customer for many, many years and let down badly by Sky for broadband/phone set up! Very angry and paying £100 a month for service. Moved home and Sky didn’t supply broadband when promised. Sorry and £4.40 credit! 😡🤬😡🤬 hello Virgin

@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@clarkejps @SkyUK go back to Sky I contacted them on the 15th December 2022 the person I spoke to at that time gave me my Contract for £30.50 he said it was the best offer he could give me at that time, but if you can't get the same offer maybe a Manager can help you out ??

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve done that. It went off atleast 15 times last night but came back on eventually. It’s always going off though and it disrupts my calls when I’m working from home. Awful service.
