@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkySports Give him the chances and he will finish them. It’s Southgate that got it wrong tonight. Too defensive and made bad choices. Why take off Fodden. Should have been Stirling who was toothless and lacks passion. Easy choice for me swap Grealish for Stirling and put in Bellingham.

@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyUK Trying for days to cancel my SKYTV and broadband. We moved out today and going to Spain. I contacted customer services chat was told it's 90 minutes wait. So gave them the notice required. Please send the final bill. Won't be able to send the kit back, we will be in Spain

@SkyUK You need to throw a deal like this to get people interested or to keep customers… I’m loyal as I’ve been a sky customer for 9 years but I’m leaving soon thank god, if their connection is anything like mine they need them they wouldn’t come over from another service provider…
