    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn't work! Been trying for over 2 hours now to pause sports via the website and it keep crashing after the "confirm order" and you have to start again! Crashed over 20 times so far!

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    @SkyUK I’ve had enough and want to cancel my services. Engineer came this Morning and my issue is something that needs to be fixed at your end. It is impossible to physically speak to anyone today. I’ll just stop paying you , maybe THEN I’ll get a Human on the PHONE.
