@SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

@SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I am getting sky Q installed on Thursday, but the only way to get access to the communal dish on the roof it has to go through the housing association, as they would have to send out they’re own engineer as well as your engineer. Is that going to be a problem?

@SkyHelpTeam Why can't you correct the overcharge over a week before you're due to take it? Do you have a very poor finance system? It's generally quite easy to issue a credit note in most systems. I'm an expert in many systems and can assist if required.
