    Absolutely appalled with @SkyHelpTeam . They have a phone number for reporting deaths, their staff member refused to help and actually put the phone down! How about a bit of empathy.

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    Hdy @SkyHelpTeam I just sent you a DM about how shoddy the website and customer service setup is. I'd appreciate a response asap because I am stuck right now and will simply cancel the lot if this isn't resolved very soon. Not impressed.

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn't work! Been trying for over 2 hours now to pause sports via the website and it keep crashing after the "confirm order" and you have to start again! Crashed over 20 times so far!

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there anyway for us to know when this issue is likely to be resolved? I called the number in the link which just puts you through to a machine which gives the option to text when it’s done. Also, I haven’t been able to access the service for several days,is there compensation?

    @SkyHelpTeam How long am I expected to wait for a call back from specialist Porting team sky can sort my account. No phone for 10 days, guaranteed a call next day still waiting-been 6 days. Call them and told they can’t do anything and can’t put me through. Worst customer service ever!!!

    @SkyUK yet again no satellite signal , impossible to contact by phone, been through the online help guides a million times and really losing patience. It's been weeks now trying to get some sort of help. Payment still came out of course for a service we don't have.
