It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.
