Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

Stuart (@sjmcivor) reported from Thakeham, England@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.
