    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyUK it’s impossible to get through to you. I appreciate social distancing and keeping colleagues safe but we pay a fortune to you every month for all the services and we are constantly having issues with our broadband. Tried using online but not getting anywhere

    @SkyHelpTeam no internet/ landline since yesterday morning. 2 calls to Sky: “not us, it’s BT open reach. Nothing we can do”. 3-5 working days wait. It’s a pandemic & I’m WFH. WTF, Sky?

    @buyakajamo @SkySports Get well soon 👍🏼 fortunately I’ve not had Covid but did have a combined bout of pneumonia and whooping cough a few years back and my lungs have never been the same since so I can relate I guess.

    @helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

    @SkyHelpTeam literally cannot talk to anyone to get any help. Need some help with connection of sky broadband. Every attempt to call directs me to online. Is there no one that can help to talk. Was easy to talk to someone when wanted to signup

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyHelpTeam thanks for getting back, maybe this is something that could be said at point of sale, as my parents would not of changed if they knew this. what's the point of having a cooling off period if you cant cancel and have what was there before, they have all the equipment

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, had an engineer out today who advised I could get sky cinema for 2mths free then at a reduced price but looking at my bills I'm being charged straight away and full price. Can someone help please? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey guys! Is there a way I can book an engineer to get our Sky dish moved? Long story, but due to scaffolding and works it’ll be easier in the long run to have it moved, currently haven’t had signal for a month :( Understand if there’s a fee.

    @kev2776 @SkyHelpTeam Because the product hasn’t been been sold for over 6 years, the boxes haven’t been manufactured for 7. The cooling off period is required as its a new contract, same as if you’d taken out Q as a fully new customer and gives you no right to go back to an unsupported product
