    @SkyHelpTeam This is not a box/amplifier problem. It is only on UHD live football games, every other channel (including F1 & movies in UHD) are fine. When I flagged this last year I didn’t get a response from @sky but a few here chimed in to say they had the same issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

    @SkyUK I would like to cancel my subscription The sky q box in the bedroom has only ever worked about 3 times keeps asking me to reactivate l, the main one in the lounge kicks me off the internet at LEAST 6 times rendering voice control useless

    @SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

    @SkyUK any news on when you guys are getting the coverage sorted in the TQ postcode area. I have to take a very important call today. The signal has been iffy for 2 weeks now with 4G not working at all. Come on sky I pay a lot for my service sort it out .

    @SkyHelpTeam : disastrous comms - Hi, your Sky TV set-up is due in three days' time on 07/06/2021 between 8am and 5pm. If you cancel or reschedule on the day or day before appointment date, or miss the appointment, you may be charged £25 on your next bill.

    @SkyHelpTeam 12 but only 2 are wired connections and only one of those was switched on yesterday because of this issue. The wired connections normally receive in the high 60’s.
