@SkyHelpTeam our broadband stopped working 20 minutes ago. It was absolutely fine until then although lots of people where I live have been having issues recently. Have done all the tests still doesn’t work. Amber smiley face lit on hub. Help.

@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

@garyilett @SkyHelpTeam As a Virgin customer I wouldn't recommend that, they've have multiple issues every month. If Sky have a DNS issue, as suggested, they should be using AWS Route 53 as it tends to propergate updates faster than most DNS updates. DNS can take up to 72 hrs to update routers.

@SkyHelpTeam No Broadband here in Medway, Kent. Been really slow for the last couple of days and now nothing. Our WIFI box is showing everything is fine and I couldn't check our service on the site as the page no longer exists 🙃
