@SkyHelpTeam This doesn't work! Been trying for over 2 hours now to pause sports via the website and it keep crashing after the "confirm order" and you have to start again! Crashed over 20 times so far!

@helen_george @naddimartin @SkyHelpTeam Just had Sky/openreach out to fix ours. The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

@SkyHelpTeam any idea when you will fix the issue of failed downloads on sky Q? Over a hundred quid a month for a faulty service?Can download anything from BBC, ITV, channel 4 etc but nothing from sky channels. Been keeping on eye on the help forum and this is a widespread issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry Matt. I appreciate it isn't your fault the engineer (for whatever reason) didn't turn up to wall mount my Sky Glass television, but Sky are rather missing the point if they think that simply rearranging the visit is the issue rather than the fact that I took a day off work
