The system at the junction box in the street, reduces the speed automatically to give you a speed that doesn’t drop out, but, doesn’t increase it if the signal gets better. So the speed will always get worse, until an engineer resets it.

Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday.
