    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you given incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or properly, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 calls no 1 can assist with all the problems so far I’ve been cut off twice, utterly ridiculous. Take this as notice being served that I wish to cancel my services as my contract is due to expire- note to anyone don’t join sky if you ever need them, their service is shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam Every time I do checks it says it’s fine. Half the time the internet is so poor I can’t even watch a movie on Netflix. Always 1 problem after another with sky. But you tie us down to long contracts so we can’t do anything about it. Useless I’m having to use my 4g to send this
