    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, heโ€™s the most helpful Iโ€™ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said heโ€™d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam our broadband stopped working 20 minutes ago. It was absolutely fine until then although lots of people where I live have been having issues recently. Have done all the tests still doesnโ€™t work. Amber smiley face lit on hub. Help.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didnโ€™t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!
