@desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

@SkyHelpTeam I am waiting for a call back from a manager and calls are being listened to however I have been warned that they cannot bring forward my reconnection date. Therefore my complaint will never be resolved!!! Anyone thinking of joint @SkyUK broadband should be in the picture

@SkyHelpTeam I have done this and no issues are flagging yet my devices constantly cut out and it prevents me from working from home. Perhaps instead of charging extra, you should consider fixing the already rubbish service!
