    Wow @SkyUK your service is beyond shocking! You palmed me off to @BTOpenreach & they said internal fault back to you & nobody’s done a thing about it. Then, having missed my team’s last Premier League game of the season, we find out no engineer booked & next slot 28/5 it’s a joke

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam PLEASE someone help our postcodes OL15 OL16 we have all been having terrible issues since 25/3 engineers sent out routers sent out the lot Openreach involved been told 1600 homes affected and still today my speed 0.32mbps !!! There is still massive problems somewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to your rep and offered 60 quid 'compensation'. Is Escalation Team available? You kept charging her for multiscreen even after the intitial 12 mths ran out but NEVER SENT HER A MINI BOX so charging over 4 years for a service she couldn't use.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband is running really slow.... when I run a sky speed test it always says 55mbps download speed , yet I've run speed tests with 3 independent companies and get between 7 and 10.4mbps .... slightly suspicious?

    @SkyHelpTeam I wish to be contacted directly seen as you team want to keep hanging up on me. you have charged me for a service I’ve never had installed. Now have cut me of my wifi that I pay for each month. I work from home and need my wifi !!!
