  @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

  @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

  @SkyHelpTeam is something going on at the moment? I’ve done countless speed tests and they all say my internet is very fast but I cant load anything on my phone 80% of the time, my ping in-game is very high, and my connection to game servers and parties is awful.
