@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying it’s OK - it’s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort what’s happening?

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that Sky Glass is by far the WORST idea for a tv. Had mine since launch, when it works it’s okay, but constantly disconnects from the internet, runs out of sync and rarely loads apps. Should of stuck with Q @SkyUK #skyglass

@SkyHelpTeam glass TV still going out of sync, spoke to other glass users and they don't seem to have this problem so can only assume its faulty. Really wish we'd gone back to sky Q cos glass is rubbish
