@SkyHelpTeam After 20 min jumping loop problems with the machine, I managed to speak with Abdul, who booked an engineer. The test he did remotely detected a problem outside the property. The test I was doing at home did not detect it. I just hope the engineer comes promptly to fix it!

Seems @SkyUK are another bunch of con artists. Can through to upgrades instantly but cancellations is a 30+ min wait with constant reminders that you can view stuff online. I want to cancel, not view crap and go round in circles.
