@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam I rung Sky customer services twice, spoke to two different people who said engineers are entering homes to install. Both said website is not up to date. Which is it? Because if I reschedule my friday installation and find out they could come I will be using this thread as proof.
