@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Like I said I do all that in the first instance before contacting sky. Sitting here watching lights flicker they've now all come.on and I've touched nothing. I'd expect nothing else from sky quality products. I'm afraid I may cancel all my sky products which is a shame.
