    @SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

    @SkyHelpTeam The same as first picture above. Using the app it stated issues in my area, again as above. What I don't understand is I have sky boost and if there are known issues you are meant to text me and update me on when it will be fixed etc never got anything. So what am I paying for?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m on Sky Q. The app says no issues. But intermittently ITV will break on the sound. It will be between 5-10 minutes and just keep repeating of breaking on the sound.

    Hi @virginmedia looking at leaving as your prices are now so high been looking @SkyUK and loos lot cheaper than you so big question is after 20 years of been a very loyal customer what can you offer me
