Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.
