    @SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

    @SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

    @SkyUK we signed up to sky in February and used the recommend a friend scheme from my mum who has been a sky customer for 15+ years got told we’d receive £75 pre paid MasterCard each after 3 months. We’re still waiting !!!!

    @SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn't work! Been trying for over 2 hours now to pause sports via the website and it keep crashing after the "confirm order" and you have to start again! Crashed over 20 times so far!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

    @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi this is the incident number 1482093752 from yesterday I was assured it would be fixed instead it has got worse and you have emailed me yesterday to say it was resolved. Please can someone provide me with a direct dial number to talk to someone about this.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Good luck ans sorry for your loss xx
