    @SkyHelpTeam afternoon, since about a week ago, loads of website seem to be blocked on my phone, I just tried searching for mushroom coffee and that was blocked too?! What's going on??? Its fine on my laptop (I have sky there too) so just a phone issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I'd just phoned up to cancel TV package & said I would stay if Sky could match the new customer deal. He assured me multiple times the price I saw for new customers would also go up in April, so it seems he has given misleading info?
