@SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

@SkyHelpTeam is there an outage in the Southampton area. My broadband is up and down and sometimes says outage in my area. Had Sky out to fix issues last week so not sure if it’s related. Thanks.

@hqseeb @SkyHelpTeam skys services commonly have drop outs sometimes up to 20 times a day. 1000s of customers also have this problem and have reported the same problems with sky this week as me. its a service issue not line or cables.

@hqseeb @SkyHelpTeam like i said. my lines are ok as bt tested them. sky engineers can't help or do anything irl only check u got it setup right. then they send a bt guy to make sure lines are ok. as sky rents the lines from bt. the problem is with skys services
