    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam had engineer booked for SkyQ installation Mon 17th May, didn’t turn up. Spent 45 mins on phone & was advised we’d get explanation within 72 hrs. Spoke 2 Pan who kept calling me buddy. As expected not received update. Disgraceful service & still no idea why no show

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah glad you have ‘help steps’! Joke of a customer service. My contract is up and I guess this was the kick up my bum to switch, the whole sky set up just died again at midnight. Do shift workers have to pay the same as 9-5 people but get worse service?!
