    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been with broadband for 13 hrs now. I am@meNt to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkySports It’s reported that he wasn’t allowed to the training ground to say his goodbyes ! If that’s true it’s shambolic , I was once told to clear my desk and walked out with a cardboard box of personal items . It’s the worst feeling not being able to say bye to mates

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that, not even had the decency to respond, I suppose the only option left is to leave SkyUK after over 20yrs as a loyal customer. Let’s see how quickly Sky will contact me I cancel my direct debit next week 🤔
