    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam are the issues with broadband affecting Sky Q connectivity? Our broadband is fine with everything else except the SkyQ box this morning, lost connection earlier and now won’t reconnect

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have lost count of the number of times we have reset main box, mini boxes or the hub. We are@paying for a service that is not being delivered

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is very poor. I can see there are hundreds of people affected by this by the messages you are receiving. This is clearly an issue for anyone with the football package - not the main event package.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I only have one Sky Q box. I'm giving up now. I appreciate you are trying to help but I shouldn't have to be messing around with menus to access football which I have paid for. If the main event system is not reliable,major football matches should always be on 402/403

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. I tried all the suggestions. It is not working. I have followed all workarounds and none of them have succeeded. This is clearly a wider issue that you have failed to solve for multiple people.
