    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @stevenandrewb05 @SkyHelpTeam Mines been on and off all day too in Grimsby, and Friday it was off most of the day, this is why I’ve cancelled and only have to put up with this crap internet until 11th June when it’s switched to Virgin. Sky internet has always been pretty average but at the minute it’s woeful.

    @SkyHelpTeam WTF?!! How is an 82 yr old customer with no computer experience supposed to reprogram her SkyQ box? And if she could what is it supposed to achieve? @sky claim that she could watch Discovery+ free for a year. This is unachievable because she’s no Sky engineer. Why won’t you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam We currently are with virgin media and have 3 boxes with every channel including bt and meant to have 150mbps of Internet.... we currently have no Internet, and they csnt help or tell me what to do, we need to wait till Thursday to possibly get Internet again, paying over £100

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep at least weekly & each time the test comes back clear, this has been going on since I signed up, I’ve complained, had the socket replaced, underground dig & yet nobody will admit there’s a problem. Movie downloads take hours!
