    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam not very good customer service we have no internet connection with conflicting messages on sky vip app so I called customer services and have just hung up as was put on hold for nearly an hour ????just wanted info on timescale was all ????

    @SkyHelpTeam No this is sky Wi-Fi, even tv boxes aren’t loading up, can’t even get sky page to load, our estate seems to be having more problems recently just wondered if there’s a bigger issue before I start going through the whole rigmarole again if restarting, thanks I’ll try mobile data

    @SkyHelpTeam Not really as my sky was working fine yesterday. I quite concerned as at the moment I have no broadband and now no sky signal and paying allot for this service. I am seriously just thinking to cancel it all and go with BT. I need to get this sorted out ASAP.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam nice of you to reward customers of 20 years with increased bills but no extra services. Then when cancelling offer us 2 different discounts from 2 different teams but still more than what we pay. Another customer you’ve lost today 👍
