nick hurst (@gbr_noah) reported from Steep, England@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Stephen Ferguson (@borofergie) reportedThe dog chewed through the cable on our Sky booster box, which means that you open the fridge door the TV signal freezes (and often crashes the box). Rather than just sending us a replacement cable @SkyUK are sending an “engineer*” out to fix it.
