    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Tubie22 Sky came back to me and said there is an issue and they’re investigating as a matter of priority. Loads of people have the same issue this morning!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you but there is a 30min wait & then offers me online help but I need to actually speak to someone. I ant do this online. Ideally I need an engineer call 30mins-1hr to assess what we can do. I have been a Sky customer for over 14yrs & just need a bit of help!

    @SkyHelpTeam having a problem with a couple of channels on my Sky Q box. E4hd and More4hd just shows a black screen. E4+1 and more4+1 work. Not noticed any other problems on any other HD channels so far.
