    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been trying tirelessly to get a resolution to an issue I have had with Sky. I have so far dealt with multiple people across a number of department. Finally I thought I had been given the right contact email however, I don’t seem to be getting a reply. 1/

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @SkyHelpTeam are the issues with broadband affecting Sky Q connectivity? Our broadband is fine with everything else except the SkyQ box this morning, lost connection earlier and now won’t reconnect

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam @Tubie22 Sky came back to me and said there is an issue and they’re investigating as a matter of priority. Loads of people have the same issue this morning!

    @SkyUK Hi we have been a diamond customer for 14 years and registered for a tv when announced and we are still waiting to be contacted . Is it still the case we are going to be offered one first or is that not the case anymore ?

    @SkyHelpTeam appalled at the catalogue of mistakes Sky managed to make placing my sky glass order and even though they admit fault with every one I am now stuck with the wrong colour tv unless I want to cancel my order, lose my delivery slot and start from scratch.

    @SkySports Ole has only been given time because the pundits like Rio and Neville are his mates, they would of hounded any other manager out by now. But I’m quite happy to see him stay as it’s funny to see them fail again
