    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been with broadband for 13 hrs now. I am@meNt to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

    @SkyHelpTeam The phone is set to auto 5G so i guess this automatically utilises the right network? I just wondered as there is an option when you log in to my Sky, do i need to select that option in my sky app as well?

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had SkyQ and Sky Broadband 4 days. At least twice a day, the SkyQ box loses network connection. No problems with any other devices - just SkyQ. Seeing as I did plan on watching television, do you have any suggestions? This is ridiculous. #skybroadband
