    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    Why is @SkySports #skygo streaming quality total crap whatever platform you use, PlayStation, computer. With 200+ mbps fibre internet it’s not the connection. When will they 64 bit code it? #streaming #mediaservice

    @SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

    I'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty

    @SkySports at 3pm today there was 2 separate channels showing the darts and 2 separate channels showing the F1 but the rugby had to go on the red button. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.

    @AllieRenison @BBCSport You’ll never see Rooney go unless he chooses to, he’s ex Man Utd which at the BBC makes him a protected species. And much like the BBC’s cricket personnel he’s not rated highly enough to be poached by @SkySports . So we are stuck with him.

    I have received the worst customer service experience of my life from @SkyUk in the last 2 weeks. I subscribed for an internet broadband service since the 27th of May and up till now, I am unable to use the internet service. Contd in comment
