@SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking customer service today - waited 6 weeks and stayed in all day for engineer visit to fit SKyQ and they didn’t turn up . New installations are offered in 4 weeks time ! Don’t choose Sky , customer care is horrendous .

@skyhelpteam , instead of pointing to useless help page do something to fix these horrible broadband speed , iam supposed to get 40mbps iam getting 1mbps. How will we be able to work with such speeds ?
