@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

@SkySports Well yeh good win. But shooting ourselves in the foot with left footed players on right and visa versa everytime we got in behind we trying to cut back. Which means less shots and less service to our best player the striker?? England frustrate me so much haha

@SkyHelpTeam I have, but the WiFi is dreadful. We are constantly having to disconnect our phones to the WiFi as it’s awful. Plus our other box that works through WiFi struggles to connect.

@tom_muldowney @SkySports Decent sid? I thought they where terrible. They haven’t improved since the World Cup, and there best player is a 35 year old, our squad is a million times better. We won, it was comfortable, but Kane wasn’t involved a right back at left back, we went defensive soon as we scored.

@SkyHelpTeam My Broadband has been down for 7 HOURS and in that time I've had just ONE text saying you're aware of it. It's the 2nd time in 3 days I've been without a service. Time to switch to a provider who actually gives me what I pay for!
