    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    Fairly relentless @SkyHelpTeam problems this evening. Lengthy internet outages all of a sudden this evening. I pay huge amounts of money every month for this kind of **** not to happen tbh.

    @SkyHelpTeam Last update was on Friday. No wider issue at that point. Had ultrafast installed on Thursday, which completely died on Friday & I spent hours in the phone. Tracker just says ongoing issue and engineer visit TBC. No broadband, no phone, no box sets, no Netflix, no Disney+, no UHD

    @SkyHelpTeam been having issues with my sky Q box for months, it gets stuck in stand by mode over night. Unfortunately yesterday it didn’t come back on. Tried the software update option and still no joy. Please help?
