    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been with broadband for 13 hrs now. I am@meNt to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    @SkyHelpTeam @Tubie22 Sky came back to me and said there is an issue and they’re investigating as a matter of priority. Loads of people have the same issue this morning!

    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

    @skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam And if you can’t remember your password then how can I do this. Also I’ve been trying ton cancel the tv since last week and can’t do this online. I’d prefer to speak to a person then wrestle with a online malarkey. What about the broadband speed? We’ve followed all advice

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would listen back to the phone recording BUT only if I didn’t cancel sky cinema. If I cancel the product they wouldn’t investigate. I had to cancel because i didn’t want to pay the original price and the rep on the phone knew that! Also I was moving out of the property!
