Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didnโt work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

It was absolutely fine until then although lots of people where I live have been having issues recently. Have done all the tests still doesnโt work. Amber smiley face lit on hub. Help.
