    @desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, heโ€™s the most helpful Iโ€™ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said heโ€™d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

    @SkyHelpTeam weโ€™ve had trouble with broadband being slow last couple of days, pages slow to load, downloading on demand troublesome despite line test saying itโ€™s OK - itโ€™s not! Downdetector shows a nationwide issue of some sort whatโ€™s happening?

    @SkyHelpTeam all those tweets I'm seeing about the waiting queue is one of the reasons I've not called up yet but i say this now it will be to Complain about poor Internet service's can't even watch Netflix without the buffing!

    @munty1980 @SkySports I'm not a Liverpool fan but they did the job before the lockdown pretty much its not their fault that all the other teams are so crap this season. Seems purely salty from other teams who want to make any excuse.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @MarciaOlso41410 @SkyUK We did consider that but I was twice the money! Thereโ€™s more to the tweet, itโ€™s just a catalog of just endless errors and pushy sales tactics and the. To top it off we been cut off for the second time in 2 weeks! We only been had the new contract 2 weeks!
