Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyHelpTeam please can somebody urgently help with my broadband? I’m WFH and it’s gone down. The connection test told me there was an ‘ongoing issue’ and I needed to call the helpline. Tried that, and despite it being 8:50am, it said your office was closed & opened at 7am.
