    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkySports currently watching the Brentford vs Arsenal game on UHD and for some reason the picture is really dark! It's fine on HD but as soon as I switch to UHD it's too dark. Anyone else got this issue or is it just me?

    @Mariellex @SkyHelpTeam Hi, sorry to butt in! I am having exactly the same problem. I can get into Sky on my PS4, I can see everything and navigate around but the channel list has disappeared and it won’t play anything on catch up….it just loads continuously.

    @SkySports Do people actually watch the interview before commenting? He basically said that Liverpool have a way on doing things and are allowed to spend what they earn. What is the problem in that. He was asked a question and he gave a reply.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told 24-36hrs max with line faults. So you sort it out with the tech team. It's called #customerservice you are the help team!
