    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues in the Emsworth area? My broadband has dropped out and now I have an orange icon on the front of the router. I’ve powered off and back on but still the same

    @SkyHelpTeam It is due to cancel on the 15th. I am moving house very soon, I was asked which address I need it sent too in which I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be around a week which meant my current address would be fine but time is running out

    Why is @SkySports #skygo streaming quality total crap whatever platform you use, PlayStation, computer. With 200+ mbps fibre internet it’s not the connection. When will they 64 bit code it? #streaming #mediaservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, can I get some help with my Sky Glass puck? The UHD feed rarely works and stutters whenever we try. Really wanted it for the F1 today and disappointed it hasn’t been fixed since last season. Broadband speeds 100mb+. Any ideas?
