Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

In reality people have avg 50mbps, ~15 devices and because people have no idea about bandwidth etc they are then shocked when their internet is slow
