@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

@SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

@SkyHelpTeam down to 8.8 now. Could come with that if we didn’t have sky glass. How can you sell a tv that needs internet to watch live tv, when your internet isn’t strong enough for it?! Should’ve stuck with sky q, massively regret getting sky glass.
