@SkyUK we signed up to sky in February and used the recommend a friend scheme from my mum who has been a sky customer for 15+ years got told we’d receive £75 pre paid MasterCard each after 3 months. We’re still waiting !!!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

@SkyHelpTeam If you want to help people provide them with instruction on how to update the DNS servers on their devices to use an alternate and not the ones provided automatically by the router. This has resolved the problem for myself and I’m sure will help others.

@SkyUK Im on superfast and it has been getting worse by day . Been with dky for 5 yrs time to change to another provider. I think sky deliberately slows ur connections after a period of time so that u upgrade . And todays problems are the tipping point for me .
