    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I’m receiving emails seeing adverts and receiving calls for sky glass and super fast fibre broadband. Why am I receiving these offers when you can’t offer me that service but my neighbours over the road can? The worst speeds for over 18 years and no help in sight

    @SkyHelpTeam so disappointed that a £2 per day roaming charge been added today. I only changed to sky as you also had free roaming as I spend a lot of time in Europe 😡😡 guess I’ll be changing network again
