@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam My sky broadband has been intermittent (OX16)since 25/01021 Phoned tech support 3 times. 1st call “we have an issue” 2nd call IP address was full of data so cleared it. 3rd call an open reach issue. 5 working days still no fix still intermittent #skybroadband
