    Hi @SkyUK , internet has been down for three days with no engineer visit, not paying my bill until this is sorted, costing me serious 4g around the house and my wife can’t do her revalidation for her nursing causing bigger strain on the @nhs

    @SkyHelpTeam The first engineer found the problem however as you are unable to call me with an engineer date, I have to keep calling and going over the same thing to get different answers. This is poor customer service especially as there is no reason why an engineer can’t visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK pretty poor form to firstly saying you wasn't charging a cancellation fee for my father in law that died of cancer and then we get a letter with a cancellation fee included (his mobile phone contract) now we have to spend ages queuing on ur phone lines again!
