@desudo @SkyHelpTeam No. Followed all instructions they sent via text. Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didn’t work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!

@desudo @SkyHelpTeam To be fair the guy from Sky (Peter) did everything he could to fix it, he’s the most helpful I’ve ever come across in all our years with Sky. Good luck. He said he’d spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@SkyHelpTeam awful Internet service the past 2 days..cant get work done or enjoy my evenings.Internet keeps dropping out (orange light on router for Internet or no light all)and waiting hours on end for it to come back on. Gone through all router options to resolve. Shocking!
