Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. But can't get the blasted thing to work on Sky Mobile 5g despite it being enabled on plan and in coverage in Edinburgh. Seems that Google only allow specific networks to be 5g enabled :/. But they are an mvno of a network that is. So no idea.

Numerous calls and engineer visits during our contract due to our appalling broadband speeds. We’ve not had our guaranteed min speed for more than 1 month combined I believe in the whole 20 months
