    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried this via the sky vip app but it says there’s an outage in the area but also that there are no issues in the area which is why I called ??????????

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have finally spoken to someone at sky and they say it’s a fault with BT open reach… so nothing sky can do. This is really bad service. We have lots of household items and security connected to our internet. Can someone please give us a better update?

    @SkyHelpTeam @NickMiltiadous That's some awful customer service @SkyHelpTeam it's HD on 101 for you because presumably you're in Scotland. England regions are SD at 101 and HD at 115, which will remain that way until all regions are upgraded to local news in HD. You don't need a pic... Speak to your TL...
