Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Good luck. He said heโd spoken to lots yesterday with same issue, some fixed, some were not.

Excellent guy on phone tried lots of other things but they didnโt work so engineer coming out but not until Friday. Have an engineer phoning tomorrow though who might be able to help but if not have to wait a week!
