    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

    @SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

    @SkyHelpTeam no one showed up after 8 dahs of calling engineers service and promising that someone will@come back to me still nothing then I have to chat again on Messenger- finally I’ve got arranged a new engineer who showed up 28-1-21 very rude gentleman his phone number -

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, that was a waste of time. I just got fobbed off by private message with vague promises of "someone" contacting me at some unspecified point in the future to resolve the issue. I won't hold my breath.

    @SkyHelpTeam No no - I had a call. Reset things. Improved. Told would improve more. Is now worse. Said call back if worse but £££ on hold. Paying for super fast BB and not happening. Literally taking 10 minutes to open web pages. How’s am I meant to teach online?? Pls help.
