@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

@SkyHelpTeam hi good morning I don’t no if this issue has been reported with sky glass on the main tv and the puck the picture freezes but the sound carries on the other issue is you lose sound but picture carries on to remedy the second issue you have to change channel for sound

Hey @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach I’m 10days without internet or phone due to engineers knocking it out. You were meant to come yesterday (for the third time of trying to book an engineer) and it didn’t happen! Me and @SkyUK are frustrated with daily having to raise this issue
