Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. In there you should see usage, alternatively go to piggybank and transfer data to sim and you’ll see balance in there.
