@SkyHelpTeam my internet is rubbish at the moment I’m on sky fibre max and I get max 40 and it keeps dropping out. why am I paying for service that keeps dropping out and unrealiable. It’s all plugged in how it should be I don’t know what else I can do

@SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

@SkyUK From what I can see, there's less content, you can't record, you have to rely on catchup tv, which isn't always reliable. The biggest issue is that if you have a problem with your Internet, you can't watch anything.

@SkyUK Tried negotiating a new deal as I didn't want to leave Sky but even the cancellations team still wanted me to pay an extra £12 a month for my package. I had no choice but to cancel. So much for 'VIP' customers and treating us for loyalty. It's a big shame.

@Celtic2theCore7 Spent hours & days myself trying allsorts! Get @SkyHelpTeam preferably Michelle to send you the sky paramount login link via a dm where you have to first login with My Sky email and password then it changes to paramount login request and it works!
