    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is rubbish at the moment I’m on sky fibre max and I get max 40 and it keeps dropping out. why am I paying for service that keeps dropping out and unrealiable. It’s all plugged in how it should be I don’t know what else I can do

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam still no internet and day 2 home schooling! Please reply and send an engineer to fix it! 2 hour waiting time on the phone last night. This is the worst week to have no internet - stuck at home, no Netflix, no kids you tube, no interactive learning! HELP!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam i hate having to tweet here on a regular basis but it is a joke that i can't even use my internet properly because getting lower the 5gb download speeds and like 3gb upload speeds. It improves one week but next back to shit! #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam at the end of this month I will be cancelling my direct debit with yourselves and will ask you to end my contract of TV services as I will not be able to afford the luxury of all channels so rather than build up debt I shall no longer be able to.use that service.

    @SkyHelpTeam don't tell me go to your website to test the internet because done that and still doesn't work, I'm paying for fibre but receiving blower the 2gb upload speed and 1gb download speed. Ive tweeted multiple times about issue in Portsmouth area

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

    Well congratulations to the worst customer service ever goes to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - still without landline/broadband… apparently a major network outage in my area that is affecting no one else! Text updates every 2 working days to say not fixed, wait for next update….

    @Willowwoobaa @khiggs2k8 @SkySports Where does that say the vaccine doesn't work? Nobody has said it is 100% effective. Also unless I'm mistaken that says people died with covid i.e. within 28 days of a positive test not because of it. A vaccine doesn't make you immune from everything
