Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam So have the engineers gone home too? Obviously they need to sleep but you should have a team of engineers on whatever is causing Blackpool to be without internet, all on shifts so that sky is on this problem day and night until it’s fixed.
