Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@SkyHelpTeam Pointless. The problems with the V3 box are endemic and Sky know it. No ‘tips’ will work, a replacement box won’t work. It’s the excessive demands the V3 box puts on any wifi system that’s the problem, so when is the fix coming?

@SkyUK any sign of the well publicised V3 box problems being sorted??? Mini boxes will only work if the main box is switched off, if we leave it on the minboxes freeze and sound drops out on the main box. £100 a month for this abysmal technical debacle. 😡 #skyq
