@SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

@SkyHelpTeam how the hell do I escalate a complaint? Call agents are shocking. 1st one said nothing you can do and hung up. 2nd one is trying to transfer call yet nobody seems available to talk. You have caused major issues and don’t seem willing to fix it! Absolute disgrace.
