    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @c_dodson_thatch @chuffnicholas69 @SkyUK We had same thing (not with Sky). Complained for 6 MONTHS!!!!! 13 visits from engineers. We tested line every day then phoned. We did get rebates & eventually the line was replaced. That had been the problem all along! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It is not one show or movie. It is everything, on more than 12 channels. BBC and channel 5 are also having intermittent problems which means we are being excluded from even more content. If it were no sound you would be acting urgently .....
