@SkyHelpTeam my internet is rubbish at the moment I’m on sky fibre max and I get max 40 and it keeps dropping out. why am I paying for service that keeps dropping out and unrealiable. It’s all plugged in how it should be I don’t know what else I can do

@munty1980 @SkySports I'm not a Liverpool fan but they did the job before the lockdown pretty much its not their fault that all the other teams are so crap this season. Seems purely salty from other teams who want to make any excuse.

@SkyHelpTeam don't tell me go to your website to test the internet because done that and still doesn't work, I'm paying for fibre but receiving blower the 2gb upload speed and 1gb download speed. Ive tweeted multiple times about issue in Portsmouth area

@SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

@SkyHelpTeam Power and WiFi lights green, Internet light amber. Tried all diagnostics and getting nowhere. Now being told I can't sign in to check connection as "access denied from this server". Please advise.

@SkyHelpTeam When I click on "test my connection" it says "access denied from this server". That is via 4G. This also happens when I click "sign in". I've followed every step re diagnostics and it is not working. It appears this is happening elsewhere so I'm not convinced it's my connection.
