    Fairly relentless @SkyHelpTeam problems this evening. Lengthy internet outages all of a sudden this evening. I pay huge amounts of money every month for this kind of **** not to happen tbh.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why do you make cancelling a tv package so hard! It's taken 3 hours with a whole set of questions to justify my decision! Finally sorted but then the agent tries to sell me a Sky Mobile package! It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel.
