@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyUK 22 years with sky! Very poor customer service! Called today to try to renegotiate deal due to hardship paying gas/electric next month. Did nothing, told me they won’t do anything to help until end of contract next year. Threatened with bailiffs if we can’t pay. Very poor!
