    Fairly relentless @SkyHelpTeam problems this evening. Lengthy internet outages all of a sudden this evening. I pay huge amounts of money every month for this kind of **** not to happen tbh.

    Love how for the last 10 months sky commentators have had a huge problem with AD (somewhat understandably) yet are now begging for it to have happened again..the skysports verstappen agenda continues.

    Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

    Does anyone else think that it's pretty pathetic that @SkySports don't allow chromebook users to view live video in on even site (even though they pay a hefty subscription each month)? Sky go doesn't work either. Genuinely considering binning them off if I'm honest..... 🤬

    @Bucksmart @SkyHelpTeam Same here. Eagerly waiting to see at what point @SkyHelpTeam actually fixes this systemically rather than deal with affected customers one by one. Thus far, not even an acknowledgement there’s a problem. Poor show.

    @SkyHelpTeam my mobile data hasn’t been working since last friday (iphone shows “pdp authentication failure”) and it seems this is a widespread issue. is there a timeframe for when this’ll be fixed, not just “soon” as some people rely on data for school, work + travel? thank you

    @SkyHelpTeam thank you, i was just wondering if there’s an actual timeframe for this being fixed since it’s been a week! also, in the link you’ve sent, it tells me there aren’t any data issues even though there are, so it doesn’t really keep me “up to date”.

    @SkyHelpTeam I sense sarcasm……well wouldn’t you be pissed off? You are not addressing the issue with SKY GO app I have been reporting it for weeks nothing is done, you seem content to know your customers are having issues then expect them to fix it! I still pay you £150 a month!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam there’s no information online about this (website says there’s no connection issues) + i can’t call the mobile team at the moment as there’s “training going on”. however this is quite urgent as no data=useless phone, but i need it for work + travel daily
