@SkyHelpTeam any idea when the broadband issue will be resolved. I have been without broadband for 13 hrs now. I am meant to be having teleconferences with colleagues in the Far East and they are not happening meaning that I am losing money

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!
