    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just before Christmas we booked an engineer, took day off then about an hour before he was due we got a text saying " we have cancelled your engineer for you" like we asked!!! 40 minutes to get through then another 1week wait. Brilliant service as always 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam really unhelpful on the phone. Received a message I am receiving a non return fee - even though I never was told this on the phone when setting up my new contract and my new router had no information about returning and I never received return packaging.
