@SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

I’ve said it before @SkyHelpTeam it’s not an offer if by accepting it and upgrading you then charge me an extra premium for the service I was already paying for. That’s just conning a loyal customer 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

@El_Cunto76 @SkySports Yet one wasn’t given? Pretty sure it does work like that as I’ve seen plenty of penalties and fouls not given when the ball has gone. Very different from taking a player down during a goal scoring chance if it’s already gone wide.

Is there any game in which the RS are involved in where Carragher isn’t present? Typical @SkySports. Carragher = RS games, Neville on United’s matches and Smith on Arsenal matches. Bias at its worst. #SkySports

@MR_P1CK3R1NG @SkyUK @SkySports Just googled. Common problem. Go. Setting>setup > audio visual and select picture resolution. Then click on 2160p but select 8 bit instead of 10 bit. Worked for me
