    Does anyone else think that it's pretty pathetic that @SkySports don't allow chromebook users to view live video in on even site (even though they pay a hefty subscription each month)? Sky go doesn't work either. Genuinely considering binning them off if I'm honest..... 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam no, the one which has the issue is an iPad Air. The one which has been working is an iPad Mini 3.

    So @SkyHelpTeam , have had no internet here for 8 days so far and issue is unlikely to be resolved until Sunday at the earliest. Best you can do is £11.48 in total as compensation?? We've spent more than that per person on mobile data just to keep work afloat. Unacceptable!

    @SkyUK so, tried to update the Sky Talk Shield - website says error - so I call up and say why I’m calling, get advised over 40 minute wait but you sent me a text to sort broadband issues - useless system doesn’t work

    The engineer and the @SkyHelpTeam all agreed the issue is at the exchange level and NOT OUR HOUSE and after seemingly fixing the issue, it's started again... Is anyone else having issues where their router keeps disconnecting every hour because this is really affecting us...
