@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyHelpTeam I can't connect to my work email or website from home (can connect to other sites fine), am able to connect from other wifi sources, the diagnostics test on my laptop says my DNS server may not be available and to contact my internet service provider.
