    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam tried twice to use your telephone service to ask a question. It puts in a broadband queue with over an hour wait. I don’t have broadband. But your system isn’t working properly to realise I never asked about broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been through all this. It says my speeds are good and how it should be. When I run a test via another app its not the same as you say. Its worse and the Internet is still awful
