@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

@nugeei @SkyHelpTeam The worst part is I get it could take a long time, they might not know the fault, or the eta, but the only update is 2hrs in they sent an engineer. That’s it. At least say “we are really sorry, we dont know what the problem is, this could be a long outage,we’ll update evey 15mns”

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalling customer service. Lost our landline number of 14yrs that is printed on all company uniform, written on vans and stationary. No apology. No compensation. OH and the new landline doesn’t even work… and no idea when it’ll be fixed!
