Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.
