Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

Chris Overthrow (@ChrisOverthrow) reported from Portsmouth, England@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Richard (@visitandtravel) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK To clarify my rather abrupt statement - I have Now TV which is broadband version of Sky - you pay for the channels you wish to watch, and as I do not pay the BBC scam tax I can't and don't watch live TV. I signed up to the entertainment package - around £5 a month (on 6 month offer) - I never, or at least very rarely watch it and will not be renewing it. As for their movie channel - why bother? Paramount and Apple TV, via Amazon Prime provide better content and this is a shame as I used to like and enjoy Sky entertainment series (US based) and then suddenly they went 100% woke and just lost the plot in content and quality - same great actors, awful scripts and screenplay. In my opinion of course.

Recently I discovered that she was still paying for the package including Sky Sports, which she had never watched once since he died. I rang Sky with her and they insisted she should give the 30 days notice to cancel it!
