    @SkyHelpTeam is there anyone else internet disconnect yesterday on it's own and since then my internet has gone to shit again with getting blow 5gb download speeds and same for upload. I'm in Portsmouth area #boardband #internet #skybroadband

    This is obviously affecting my business and apparently @SkyUK has had no notification from @OpenreachHelp that an engineer is on the case. I know times are tricky but be honest in the first place about the fix time.

    @munty1980 @SkySports I'm not a Liverpool fan but they did the job before the lockdown pretty much its not their fault that all the other teams are so crap this season. Seems purely salty from other teams who want to make any excuse.

    @SkyHelpTeam i hate having to tweet here on a regular basis but it is a joke that i can't even use my internet properly because getting lower the 5gb download speeds and like 3gb upload speeds. It improves one week but next back to shit! #skybroadband

    Still no internet. Off since Monday. Hugely adverse effect on my business. @SkyHelpTeam palming the blame off on @OpenreachHelp and apparently not able to tell me when it will be fixed or why it’s taking so long. I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

    My internet has been down since Monday due to an external connection fault. I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam don't tell me go to your website to test the internet because done that and still doesn't work, I'm paying for fibre but receiving blower the 2gb upload speed and 1gb download speed. Ive tweeted multiple times about issue in Portsmouth area
