@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam I dont pay a monthly Broadband fee to watch Sky on my Ipad! If Sky cannot sort it out then I will go to Virgin et al. This is not good customer service suggesting I use a different method to watch something I want on tv when it is the Sky service in the area that is the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, no channels working at all. I checked the signal strength in the settings and it says error. Was watching it no problem an hour ago.
