Still can’t fix it completely as the box is on a main road so he needs back up. Coming back on Monday. But this is the FIRST time he’s worked on the issue which I reported on Monday. I’ve been fobbed off all week! Told they were trying to fix it!

It improves one week but next back to shit! #skybroadband

I’d never get away with such appalling service with my clients.

I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.
