    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyUK I have a serious complaint. We are still getting mail from Sky in the name of my deceased father. This is very very upsetting. My mother is also very upset. We have informed you years ago but it’s still happening and must stop. Please help.
