@SkyHelpTeam I was only told it ‘might be an issue’ seemed to get a different diagnosis from each person I spoke to. The fact that multiple people in the same small town are having an issue makes me think it is a local problem…

Nothing but absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam . The majority of the time it’s been call after call to India and they do nothing! Finally get to speak to some in the Uk Sky mobile team and they are just rude and obnoxious. Sky mobile complaint now 3 weeks!
