    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there an issue with broadband in CB9 7DQ? Router showing constant yellow light for BB & Voice since some time last night even after a power cycle. Line test on your site knows of no issue in the area as of yet. Says I need to book an engineer (next avail 29th!!)

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had my Internet connection drop off every day since last Saturday 16th October. It disconnects then reconnects after a few minutes. Are there issues in my area?
