@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@skyhelpteam my parents (in their 70's) have been without internet or a phone line for 2 days now. My mum teaches online so needs the internet for work and your help team are being useless at adviising them it will be fixed. It's an outside issue so someone needs to visit and fix

Such as - we live in a massively privileged country, that kinda thing for UK citizens would be easy, but what about Twitter users from under privileged countries that may not have those forms of ID?
