    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

    I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

    Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

    @SkyUK wow you guys really suck. Second engineer appointment that I have booked. You cancers the first one , this time nobody turned up. You threaten to charge £65 if I am not in for the appointment..... appalling service

    Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam DAY 9 WITH NO INTERNET OR LANDLINE IN BRISTOL BS9 ... I wonder how the “sky help team” would operate with no broadband? Never mind the myriad of other internet apps and services I have been unable to access FOR 9 DAYS!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam every day this week I’ve had a call on my landline from a person in a call centre telling me they’re from Sky & that my broadband speed is showing as slow over the last few days & can I give info about my router - is this for real? I’ve hung up twice 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam So my mum has called the number and eventually gets through to find out they can’t change her plan/downgrade it and she has to go online. But she can’t view the deals as your app says technical issues! Appalling! Told her to call back and cancel it all.

    @TonyBri05521161 @SkyUK Thanks Tony. Due to receive replacement router through the post tomorrow & have a 14 day cooling off period so I will test out the service thoroughly! BT WiFi was terrible for me, which was one of the reasons for the switch.. maybe it’s the house rather than the provider! 🙈
