    @SkyHelpTeam aarrrgghh! Sky mail not working. Initially on I phone and I pad, then the phone but not the iPad, now created app specific PW for pad and now it works on the pad but not the phone. Heelllp!

    @aceofherts5 @SkySports @btsport Was on hold for over hour to sky other day to give my notice on sports. Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

    @FaxBrony @SkySports Totally agree with you, Liverpool have stormed this season and were never getting caught. Sheffield Utd have been amazing but would you not wanna be there when they both get their rewards, the whole scenario whatever happens is not going to be right.

    @SkyNews @SkyNewsBreak @SkyUK @skystephen @SkySportsPL @SkyJacquie what a terrible compan sky is. My day tv deal runs out, no one answers phone to renew then with no warning debits £140 instead of previous deal rate of £84. Thieves!! Now using civic as excuse not to answer phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam still no internet and day 2 home schooling! Please reply and send an engineer to fix it! 2 hour waiting time on the phone last night. This is the worst week to have no internet - stuck at home, no Netflix, no kids you tube, no interactive learning! HELP!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam From what I’ve just read, it is most of Telford, and surrounding areas, 36 hrs though is a poor response, don’t you agree, especially as I’m paying for a service you are not supplying ? This is also effecting my Sky TV - movies / sports package ?

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky app shows an issue with the broadband in this area but it has been 4 hours now.
