@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no Internet access all day. I've unplugged and reset my sky hub about 50 times. No lights showing on the hub at all. I've logged an issue with the hub but it says it can take 3 days for replacement Will I be reimbursed for the internet cost in this time?

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to speak to someone but they wasn’t great. Even tho it’s mobile they couldn’t help. The offer is for a second sim not an existing sim but the people I do need to speak to have a wait time of over 20 minutes 🙄
