@SkyUK Large Broadband outage in the Eastleigh/Bishopstoke area and you’re telling people that they need new routers....I’m assuming the 104 people who have commented on one Facebook post don’t all need a new router and it might be your issue instead?

@SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam over 72 hours since our whole area (RH12) lost broadband. Still no update. Service status tracker not updated since 0400 3 days ago, saying service should be back in a few hours!! How do we get an update? Do NOT keep referring us back to that status page!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Engineer came yesterday to fit new WiFi router. He said there was some issue. Went away for few hours came back & said he’d have to mark the job has incomplete & left. Now I have no internet. No idea what’s happening. Absolutely poor service.

@bobbidi_moo @SkyUK 1st time I’ve had a problem with the internet and the service. I understand that storm cut things off and made things unpredictable but service was shocking. Think what got me was they sent me a link for a page I was already using. Which they could tell by the screenshot I sent
