Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

@SkyHelpTeam I literally wouldn't recommend sky at all for those who do gaming, businesses using social media platforms, i pay £80 a month for superfast internet and i average around 17mbps and i am supposed to be around 50 yet when i call up they can't help solve the problem, such a scam
