    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    Gary any chance you can raise the issue, of why @SkySports still haven’t announced December and January’s TV Fixtures. And January’s won’t even be announced along with December’s on Monday. Already over a week late.

    @SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not on though when you’ve had two engineers out the problem isn’t solved and your waiting two weeks for another engineer to come out. That’s very bad customer service considering what you charge per month

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t understand how there is no update after more than 24 hours with an issue that is affecting Settle, Long Preston, Hellifield & other villages. People trying to work from home, access vital services. I repeat my question & assume you will automatically issue refunds.

    @SkySports Some really good stuff but the on screen graphics showing the score and batters/bowlers is appalling. Looks like it was designed by someone who didn't understand the game. Won't help newbies to cricket.
