    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been doing that all day. Outage from at least 7am and I had to take a day of leave because I couldn’t wfh. I’ve never seen an outage of any kind with so little info available about the cause and estimated time for service return! We just need to know what is going on!

    Absolutely dreadful customer service from @SkyUK - **** ups at their end and now I’m looking at being without broadband for 3 weeks - unacceptable. Followed by 2 x customer service representatives hanging up on me after refusing to transfer me to a Manager. Utterly appalling.

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last day both our house and lots of others have an issue when we go to Netflix. Sound disappears and then when we return to Sky still the sound has gone, a reboot to clear. Apps fine outside of sky, yes SW up to date. Please fix
