    Does anyone else think that it's pretty pathetic that @SkySports don't allow chromebook users to view live video in on even site (even though they pay a hefty subscription each month)? Sky go doesn't work either. Genuinely considering binning them off if I'm honest..... 🤬

    Fairly relentless @SkyHelpTeam problems this evening. Lengthy internet outages all of a sudden this evening. I pay huge amounts of money every month for this kind of **** not to happen tbh.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. It shows normal service. Each outage is about 20 minutes.

    @SkyHelpTeam no, the one which has the issue is an iPad Air. The one which has been working is an iPad Mini 3.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called yesterday but no one was interested. They kept saying it was a wireless issue but it isn’t. Just inconsistent service not good enough when working from home

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes have tried all those. The app says 27Mbps is coming into the house. Sometimes get 20 but it is the inconsistency that is the issue. Impossible to work properly from home as suddenly it drops to 5 like this morning. Reported it on phone yesterday but not taken seriously

    The phone line outside our house has been on the floor since the storm on Friday. @SkyUK customer service team are not helpful. @WeAreOpenreach engineer came for 1 hour today and spent 50mins of that in his van before driving off. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Awful screen banding on uhd and having to reseat tv every day by unplugging as saying no internet. It is connected by Ethernet and internet is working . It’s great as I’m disabled having to try and do this everyday. I have an open complaint with sky but nothing happens
