@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

@SkyUK I really fail to see why I should have to fork out £50 for HDR content, I give Sky the best part of £90 a month, I like the content I get, but, just because I was an earlier adopter of the Sky 2TB Box, I fail to see every I & others should suffer?

@SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

@SkyHelpTeam People across the UK were reporting outages from 12am. Just check out down detector and you'll see. There clearly was an issue, even if your 'computer says no'. Our broadband didn't come back on until after 5am.

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 Called the team at the start of the week - Need to wait until 10 May for an engineer for a 2 month old box. Keeps shutting off and going to the black sky will be ready soon message, and keeps dropping wifi connection. Your service is disgusting currently…..
