@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyUK - we have Sky Q with multi room. The Q Mini keeps glitching - freezing briefly every minute or so for a few seconds. It’s really irritating. I’ve reset the main box and the mini as suggested online - no improvement. Do you provide signal boosters to improve connection?
