@SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

Beyond angry with the customer support I have received from @SkyUK on a mobile account issue. Especially since it has come to light your customer care team have LIED about a problem I spoke to you about in December and let an issue become even bigger, but then to deal with the condescending and patronizing staff I have dealt with today. You record your calls, so do I. Giving serious consideration right now to handing it to @Ofcom and sever my ties to Sky Mobile permanently unless you actually put a manager on the phone with me instead of passing me from pillar to post and giving me half baked lies😒 Beyond fuming right now
