I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe this is something your superiors at sky need to look into. My husband works as a engineer if he left sight with damage done to other services his company can be contacted directly to correct this , at present @OpenreachHelp is not contactable directly.

@SkyUK I don't understand the business decision to go for a hardware option when other streamers, Disney, Netflix etc, work so well as apps on TVs. The hardware is never going to be as good as a third party vendor.

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you get my complaint , I know it’s an external fault. My complaint is that due to no fault of my own engineers have cut my services and no one in a hurry to restore it . I informed sky as soon as I got home from work abs discovered the fault.
