    @SkyUK how do I cancel my sky sports as I’m not receiving live sport at this time. To be honest I’d have expected you to have done this automatically but you haven’t with them result I’ve received my latest, full cost, Sky Bill.

    @FaxBrony @SkySports Totally agree with you, Liverpool have stormed this season and were never getting caught. Sheffield Utd have been amazing but would you not wanna be there when they both get their rewards, the whole scenario whatever happens is not going to be right.

    @aceofherts5 @SkySports @btsport Was on hold for over hour to sky other day to give my notice on sports. Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    @SkyHelpTeam Wife now contacted Mr Mcmahon our MP. He was utterly discusted to learn SKY has caused my KEY WORKER wife issues being able to work from home. He wants us to ask where is the work effecting the OL8 2SD are supposedly being carried out, what is the fault, are engineers on it?

    @das2112a @SkyUK I have the exact same in OL8 1TD, internet went down Monday morning around 4am, people on the phone just telling me there is major works, ive filed a complaint and the complaint was shut soon as the telephone call was over. Unacceptable, im 100% not going to be paying...

    @SkyHelpTeam can you give me the number to ring to chase this issue and what problem is and how long it will be with the outage in Norwich to get it back on clearly can’t chase it so I’ll do it. Myself hopefully the customer service will be more helpful !

    @SkyHelpTeam We must ask you for full answers, our local MP wants to know why 2 working days have passed with no fix! He doubts like us engineers are actually working on the job! So again OL8 2SD Where's the fault, when will it be fixed Plz investigate as you are part of SKY you have contacts

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, so apparently my line is down again and an engineer has been booked for a couple of days, this happened last month and I’ve upgraded to make sure it didn’t happen again 😡 I’m paying a lot of money for Sky and I’m not happy
