@SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

@SkySports The fight hasn't been brewing for a long time and they certainly haven't been avoiding Fury. He was offered a 40/60 split to fight Joshua without a belt and he turned it down. he tied himself up with Wilder for the best part of 2 years instead. You can't believe a word he says

@SkyHelpTeam It states that there is no issue when there clearly is. We have a local Facebook page for ML3 Silvertonhill area and there seems to be a wider issue with Sky/BT internet. Can this be investigated as sky internet has been fine for us until the last few weeks.
