@_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m hoping for some advice. Unfortunately my Mums landline went down yesterday and her broadband today. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

@BBC watching the one show on #SkyGlass the lip sync is worst today, always live TV. Who is the issue with, the #BBC Sky app or Sky Glass. @SkyHelpTeam think it's my broadband, errr no, connected by ethernet and always over 100mb, and, no other channel has the same issue.
