@SkyHelpTeam Done all of the online stuff to check. Been doing it regularly because of local sky broadband issues over recent weeks. Frustrated to point of looking for new broadband.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam We have been without most of our channels due to "No Signal" or "Technical Fault" for over 2 weeks. We had a technician come out last week & apparently fixed it but we are still having the problem. Please help! We are paying for a service we aren't receiving.

@SkyUK absolutely horrific service. Broadband is dreadful and keeps cutting out. Ring the num on the website to complain and the phone gets cut off after waiting 7 mins. Press the “email us”& “message us” button on the website and nothing happens. RUBBISH

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Racing can be watched as a Virgin customer on tv and is part of the package that is paid for. The problem comes when accessing Sky Go via the Virgin Media sign in. Sky Racing isn't an option to watch. So my question is, can this be added by Sky to Sky Go for Virgin customers?
