@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

so glad to have my tv back from repair after a few weeks of it not working. means i can watch Liverpool vs Burney nice and smoothly on my @virginmedia box and not have to deal with that god awful @SkySports app for windows #LIVBUR

I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

@SkyHelpTeam No I’m not well.... I’m stressed out at your inability to be honest with customer regarding engineers requiring access into your homes !! And no that’s not true! They didn’t do anything at all. My point is tell customer when they are booking that engineers cannot enter you home
