@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam They might be in the best position but they are failing in rectifying the problems that they have had for two months. They are both over 70 and unfortunately have health issues that are not getting helped by them having to chase Sky all the time

@SkyHelpTeam Always promised by staff on phone that they will get it sorted. Sky engineer found problem a couple of weeks ago and nothing has happened. Broadband now taken off. Lots been said nothing getting done unfortunately
