    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp I am doing this via my mobile device on 4G.....because your broadband is down. How else would you suggest i run tests? Logging in via browser and or MySky app gives the same error.

    @SkyHelpTeam When trying 2 book, I have the date 26th, then it changed when confirming to 29th. This clearly shows there is an outage in this area, your website is still showing there isn’t. It is appalling that you cannot speak to an advisor to get this resolved but you can contact me here!
