@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@nednedp @SkyHelpTeam Its a domestic broadband product therefore any faults are fixed under a domestic SLA. So if you are relying on it for work you either need to get into the office when its down or you need to pay for a business line that has the relevant SLA

@SkyHelpTeam I switched my Mum over to Sky Broadband. During the sales process they said they would send an engineer out to install it on the first day. And now sky are saying this was never promised. And it seems impossible to speak to a human at Sky.
