    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyUK think it's utterly disgraceful that in this current climate not only are you trying to add £4 per month just for broadband but then adding a £10 'admin fee' when you try to change this! What admin? I called you...way to treat existing customers!!

    @SkyHelpTeam All my lights are green. All the checks I can do through the app tell me it is working correctly ut it is so slow that my WhatsApp is using mobile data instead of WiFi.

    @SkyUK Don’t buy SKY Glass, stick with your old television and get a puck or even go to @TalkTalk or @bt_uk . I’m having a nightmare with these guys even through there “Priority Team”. I’ve had problems ranging from cosmetic damage screen problems all I want is a working tele!
