    Absolutely disgusted by the customer service (or lack of) @SkyHelpTeam @skytv provide... they are rude, they are unhelpful, they take money for a service they haven't provided and then when you phone and ask for it back, they laugh at you and say they can't return it!

    @SkyHelpTeam you are unable yto connect due to network connectivity issues. The images also get laggy, only startd in the last few week, never used to get these issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam the sky go app is one of the worst apps out. Far to many adverts and it always comes up with a error straight after an advert them you have to watch another when reloading the program your watching.

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv why can you not have a manager to call us when we have been waiting 19 days for a call back? Your managers no longer make call backs to customers. We're still awaiting our service to be sorted whilst we're paying our bills to you.....
