    Fairly relentless @SkyHelpTeam problems this evening. Lengthy internet outages all of a sudden this evening. I pay huge amounts of money every month for this kind of **** not to happen tbh.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all of the online stuff to check. Been doing it regularly because of local sky broadband issues over recent weeks. Frustrated to point of looking for new broadband.

    @SkyUK why are you selling people sky protection for a device that YOU own? If I cancel my sky, I have to return the box or face a bill of £150, so the box is YOURS. If it breaks, you repair or replace it for free, or the subscription can be cancelled.
