    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

    @SkyHelpTeam Already contacted them. They advised I ask other people in my area with same issue to contact them and ask them to log it as a local issue, but telephone operators are saying they can't do that. You all seem to be hamstrung by your own systems.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. Again, apparently there is not an issue. Also your phone tree for complaints is faulty, it automatically say… sorry your not at hike, we cannot help! Really poor service!
