Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. Meanwhile they also cannot seem to figure out their HDR10+ encoding, so I watched the SkySports feed (on AppleTV) instead of their broadcast and was quite happy. Well, other than being disappointed they ran the feed in a much lower resolution than their main broadcast.
