Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. As a 75 year old she is self isolating. As she lives alone the internet is really needed. She spent 3 hours on her mobile calling Sky but no joy. Please help.

Just had a call to renew, it’s now £30! They said bcos im a loyal customer! Not heard that before 👏 Fire stick and BB. Cheaper by more than 50%

EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!
