@SkyHelpTeam I was told it’s 24 hours and 48 tops for me by your support team on Monday as I am a superfast broadband customer. I told you this the other day and got no response. This is what I’m referring to.

Fed up with @SkyUK , internet is ridiculously slow, guaranteed minimum speed is 23mbps.... I get this every single day unless I reset my router , sitting on hold saying " call waiting time is 30 mins, then after 25 mins the calls cut off, removed the live chat from website...

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I was told that issues with my broadband would be fixed within 5 working days & it still isn't working. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible as its now getting ridiculously hard trying to work from home

Update: After six hours of constant retries of @SkyHelpTeam support system online, I got through an engineer. They ran a set of tests and said that there's an area wide issue for Sky. Note: only Sky. No issues with Virgin or other providers reported in our S/M groups.
