@SkyHelpTeam Already done all these multiple times, hence why the Sky advisor confirmed OpenReach need to visit my property. It was booked in. If it needs rebooking (it does, as they didn't turn up), surely you should phone the customer, not keep sending messages to tell me to call again?

@SkyHelpTeam I have just been told since 12pm there are issues within my area for broadband. No updates nothing and I work from home so important meetings had to be cancelled and im losing money and have no idea how long this problem will take to fix
