@SkyUK why is your sky q system so poor? Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. Really wish I never had it installed.

@SkyUK customer service is appalling! 3 hours of phone calls, open reach not turned up two times, two days loss of earnings, told we will be phoned back three times and yet no phone call back and still no bloody internet or sky! Goodbye to your loyal customers!!

@SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

@virginmedia The gist of the forum is buy yourself a decent router & put the hub in modem mode. Your CEO's office said a)they wouldn't pay for one & b) you couldn't support a system set up like that. Hopefully @SkyUK will get their fibre broadband here quickly & give you competition

18 years with #sky so disappointed with engineers today who had to come out to fix an issue with the signal which still hasn't been sorted! I spoke with an agent who couldnt have been more understanding & has booked another engineer visit. He is a credit to sky! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK have got to be the worst ISP in the world, getting under 10mbps for the last week, £65 to send an engineer out because I don’t want to take another contract with them, the sooner @virginmedia come to Dalry the better 😩 tl;dr - £47 a month for under 10mbps, what a joke!
