Need to boost broadband signal from home to a garden office. Any ideas on how I do this? Will a sky broadband booster be sufficient? The office is a good 25 metres from the broadband box with a few walls in the way. @SkyHelpTeam

I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

@SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

Still impossible to deal with @skytv @SkyUK. It’s just astonishing how bad their customer service is. Their menu system dumps most people out and that is infuriating when you have been TOLD to phone that but can’t. Van Rooyen and Colin Smith should be sacked. Useless.

@SkyHelpTeam I am having issues with my Sky Q connection multi-room. Constantly connection drops off. Engineer advised it's the compatibility with BT. I've been on the phone waiting over an hour. I'm very disappointed - would never have changed if was aware of this issue.
