    @SkyHelpTeam yet another broadband issue in my area of Gosport. Says theres no outage but I ain't even got broadband coming into my house. Getting beyond silly now. Sort this out, myself and others are paying for a service that seems very sodding tempremantal. This ain't fair.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called about a connectivity issue last Sunday but still able to watch programmes. Followed the instructions given and then lost all service. Advised the earliest engineer visit was the 20th. I don't think a 2 week wait is acceptable for a service I pay over £1200 a year for

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t know if I have to cancel the direct debit myself. Seems an odd thing to do. I assumed payments would just stop once it’s finished. But I also don’t want to get in trouble for doing it so wanted to check first!

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer booked for 12 days time…. Openreach have been in the road and have resolved a line issue for 1 neighbour. This cannot be an efficient way to operate. I still have no internet and no useable phone line (static). Mobile hotspot draining my data. Very frustrating

    @SkyHelpTeam out of contract and being charged £80. No Sports package. Been a customer for over 20 years, apparently a "diamond" level which means nothing. To get any kind of reasonable price you seem to be forced into taking out broadband, which we don't want.
