    @SkyUK how do I cancel my sky sports as I’m not receiving live sport at this time. To be honest I’d have expected you to have done this automatically but you haven’t with them result I’ve received my latest, full cost, Sky Bill.

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @aceofherts5 @SkySports @btsport Was on hold for over hour to sky other day to give my notice on sports. Only one you can't cancel online funny enough! Had to give up in the end, which is what they want annoyingly. Will try again later. Selfish money grabbing....

    @SkyHelpTeam No - I think you’re misunderstanding. I can’t sort it out via ‘help’ sections, and I’ve already booked an engineer as suggested when the outage started on Friday morning! I’d like you to sort out the problem which has led to the outage across the whole area! ASAP!!

    @SkyHelpTeam You sent an engineer out months ago who confirmed there was no issue with the line. It is within the sky network. I’d like to understand why you regularly cut by broadband at around 2300. There’s nothing in our contract that says this is a part time service.

    @shellbell1471 @SkyHelpTeam When my mum was dying i had issues with all my sky stuff. They told me time after time it was my equipment. So got a new landline, new filters & new router. Still got **** service, intermitant phone & internet coverage. Lost off internet & no dialing tone on the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tested it yes and this is not the 1st time this has happened, I had an engineer then who told us that it was down to something you were trying to fix, and a couple a weeks later same issue again! It also appears there is a lot of people locally complaining now

    @SkyHelpTeam I couldn’t, I get told to run checks, then go round and round because there is no further option for me. It tells me to log in for help and I’m already logged in, so I log in again and it tells me to run tests again. Stuck in a cycle
