    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @GaryLineker @GNev2 Couldn’t agree more, well done @GNev2. Absolutely spot on and it needs to said. Although such a shame that @SkySports then felt the need to tell @DavidJonesSky to respond in the way he did. Shocking and just down played the situation. Ill thought out.

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    @SkyHelpTeam really need help with broadband subscription- not allowed to phone billing team and tried tech but just on hold forever. Can someone please get in touch to discuss the situation I have and advise me how to sort it

    @SkyHelpTeam They all freeze after a few seconds. Most people I speak to have the same issue. Only happens on my Q box. iPad plays fine.
