@_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the checks and it’s saying everything is fine but my broadband is incredibly slow that I have to turn WiFi off and use my mobile data

Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

So @SkyHelpTeam it’s been 2 weeks now of ringing up explaining my situation to five different people for them all to tell me they will get there manager to call me and they don’t. Your customer service is a joke and when I finally get to speak to someone I’ll be leaving.
