    Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the checks and it’s saying everything is fine but my broadband is incredibly slow that I have to turn WiFi off and use my mobile data

    @SkyHelpTeam The lights are not indicating any problems. I'm guessing this is because the internet isn't down for long enough for the lights to change? Because it is only down for seconds at a time but it is very disruptive.

    After months of good service today we have no connection earliest engineer 21 June-useless and that’s with sky boost, why am I paying extra for this.5 hours on the phone not resolved. We are now told the modem is incorrectly connected. Have we been moved to SOGEA #skyuk
