@SkySports could someone please explain to Gary Weaver that some folk are visually impaired and randomly shouting names in between periods of silence is terrible commentary. Maybe try and explain where on the pitch the ball / action is 🤔🤔 worst commentary I’ve ever heard!!

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I was told that issues with my broadband would be fixed within 5 working days & it still isn't working. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible as its now getting ridiculously hard trying to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam The so-called broadband that we pay for us is non-existent. Surely this is some form of theft now. WiFi drops out on mobiles, tablet lags, it takes two hours to watch one episode due to the buffering and now our Echo doesn’t work. Please please god fix it.
