@_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

@SkyHelpTeam No but thats a mute point. I want an ETA of when the service will be restored. @OpenreachHelp say take it up with the provider yet you say you don't get ETA'S. Someone is lying here! Do you have a phone number to enable me to speak to an actual human being about compensation?
