    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with broadband in Bournemouth? The internet has been awful all day and it is impossible to upload anything or join in on online meetings.

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam really need help with broadband subscription- not allowed to phone billing team and tried tech but just on hold forever. Can someone please get in touch to discuss the situation I have and advise me how to sort it

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked and apparently nothing is wrong. I wonder if it’s being throttled at the server end? I’ve had 17-20upload for the past 6 years & after 2 weeks of awful connections while gaming, I checked and 7 upload. Time to call your broadband team I think & get an engineer out

    @SkyHelpTeam I have this problem on my Sony phone and my partner has this on her I-phone. We are both on Sky Mobile. There is a burnt out 3 mobile mast at the end of my street, but that shouldn't effect Sky should it?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m also sorry that Sky didn’t feel the need to let it’s customers know that there was to be a scaling back of the product and that you would no longer be putting out a new premiere every day. You’re right of course that I have the choice whether to keep the service.

    @EvertonNewsFeed @SkySports Frank's not the issue. While we all hated Rafa sacking frank will not fix this. He needs to stay board members need gone. Our club is in real trouble and it starts at the top with mismanagement and misuse of money.
